My technician, Jordan was an informed professional. He knew what he was doing and took the time to explain to me the Zerorez system and how it worked. he was on time and did not waste any time in completing the 3 rooms. He ask about pet issues and I declined. My reluctance in recommending has to do with a couple of carpet areas that today, (48 hrs. after treatment) seem not to have been totally cleaned, as there is still some darker spots. These areas are around furniture that was removed prior to treatment. .

The staff that serviced our home was very professional and knowledgeable. The carpet was thoroughly cleaned and left slightly damp, as expected, without being excessively soaked. We are very happy with the outcome. Our carpets are clean, but not stiff or perfumed from excess chemicals.
