Your technicians are exceptionally attentive to the customer and the task. Darius, the young man who cleaned out carpets this week, was professional in every way. He was polite, bright and very well spoken. He went about his work with care and diligence.

I was highly scared that the stains would not come out of the carpet. Not only was their dog urine but also red vomit. I was sure I'd have to have the carpets replaced and my Landlord would charge me money I didn't have.
The service technician, Derek was amazing. He went through all of my options and found the best option for my concerns. He didn't over sale me and watched my money for me to guarantee that I got the best service at the best price.
To my surprise Derek got every stain out and saved me my rent deposit. I will definitely be using them again!
Carpet looks clean and smells clean.
You don't use soap to clean the carpet and it dries rather quickly. Anthony did a super job of cleaning some very difficult areas. We found out you offer many services besides carpet cleaning.
