Jeff was very professional and did a GREAT job.
My dad's house has carpet that had seen years of neglect. Jeff treated the really bad areas and they cleaned up nicely. He knew his business and explained it all.
I will request him when the carpets need cleaning again.

I like the environmentally safe cleaning solution used on the tile and stain spots in the carpet.
You guys got my master bathroom grout looking like new and you got the stains out of my carpet! Those stains in my carpet were deep! The only down side was my service was late by over an hour past my designated window. I'm glad to have it cleaned though, and the technician was an awesome guy!
My husband was very impressed with the cleaning especially in the heavy traffic areas. He also realizes that wearing shoes was a contributing factor to the heavily soiled areas. Thank you for educating causes to soiled areas.
I like it because it gets the old carpets clean! The stains are gone! Yea!

Absolutely wonderful. the floor tech was really great. He really knew his stuff. He was very professional and went about his job at once. I would recommend zerorez to everyone.
Joe was absolutely the best! He worked tirelessly to complete our job, which was a big one. Joe also was informative about the Zerorez process and helped us identify areas that needed extra attention. I will ask for Joe the next time we clean our carpets with Zerorez.

Your price quote was competitive and the associate showed up on time. I like that you provide a 2 hour window a day or 2 before the service and call the day of with a more narrow window

I've been your customer for quite some time. I've was disappointed with the 1816 Sheehan tile cleaning back in July for my renovation. I was appalled with the carpet cleaning charges at 1814 Sheehan in October. Not only, the scheduler fail to listen to me for the correct address. If I were still in the market for your services, I would get another service.
