I was taken back when I saw on the invoice you sent by email, that my carpet was described as well worn, which it is not.....This, to me, was an excuse as to why it did not clean up as well in certain areas. I understand being an off-white carpet, it will be hard to keep clean, especially in the high traffic areas. When he asked me to come inspect an area that he had just finished, I felt the high traffic area needed to be done some more, because it still showed some gray area, which he did. I came up a little more. Then I asked if he could do better along the baseboard which showed some grey. He did, a little more came up. Then I asked why he did not poke at the impressions in the carpet left by furniture legs. He said no, those will be permanent. I believe that is what he said. Then I said, I am sorry but I believe that Dalworth did a better job. Then I believe I said everything is okay, just finish up. What can you do to make things right? Give me some of my money back!!!!

My carpets are 30 years old and they look new. You cleaned some other rooms for me a few years ago and the protectant has kept them clean. I love how fresh the house smells and how pretty the carpets look. I haven't put the furniture back. I'm just admiring the carpet. The technicians arrive promptly and are very professional. They walk through with you to make sure they know exactly what the customer wants done. They work quickly and efficiently and know what they are doing. My technician test cleaned some area rugs and left me the price to have those cleaned as well as some furniture. They are the only company I will ever call for my carpets.

The person who cleaned my carpets and tile was thorough, and everything looked cleaner when he finished.

I really wanted to have chairs and sofa cleaned, but when I found out the price of that service from Zerorez, I decided to go another route. The price for having the tile cleaned (kitchen is much larger than the free offer from Zerorez) was exorbitant!!! I probably would NOT have that done again.

Out of three visits to our home this is the first time one of your techs has used the scrubber.
Why is this? It did a much better job than just the hose from the truck. Maybe some of your techs are just lazy. The one this time was very good. How about you have your appointment setters tell customers to ask for this service. That is why I rated you an 8.

Steam clean - no soaps or solvents. You do not charge more to remove stains! Others do! YAY! I will only use you in the future!

Arrived in a very timely manner. The company does a great job keeping you posted on the arrival time. The tech explained very clearly how long to dry and how to protect the carpet from the leather furniture. We had everything heavy already on slides and he took care of the other items. Very well mannered and helpful. We felt that this was the safest cleaning option for our carpets. We were please with the outcome.

The technician did a wonderful job cleaning my carpets. He was even able to remove a large wine stain out of a light color carpet. I highly recommend them and have used them for years.
