I like that Zerorez doesn't use soap to clean the carpet. The carpet stays clean longer. The technicians show up on time, are professional and do a good job. Spilled coffee on my carpet 01/11/18, I think the technician's name is Devon, he used the special suction tool and water for stains and removed the stain.

Excellent service! We had our carpets cleaned and they look great! But the best surprise was the tile cleaning - amazing difference! We intend to be repeat customers. ZeroRez has great services & prices and excellent employees. Charles was wonderful -a great asset to the company!
My carpet was ridiculously dirty. Stains from a baby and 2 giant dogs. Literally giant, dirty drooling dogs. I got just the basic cleaning as it won't be long before it gets dirty again and my carpet literally looks brand new. Cpupsnt be happier.

Wonderful company that uses no strong chemicals to clean carpets and tile floors. The technician was very professional and did an excellent job. As, a result my floors were spotless and non-chemical cleaning method did not affect my allergies.

My first experience with Zerorez was amazing. This time not so much.
The technician was pleasant enough. I feel that he could have done a better job if he had stayed off his phone.
The hallway looked clean, but one of the bedrooms did not appear to be clean. I didn't check out the bedrooms until after the carpets had dried and was so surprised and disappointed.
I now know that the Zerorez technology can be foiled by the wrong technician.

It took several calls after hang ups by the sales staff and I never got a return call from a manager. The high rating is for the great service by the technician. The office staff are very unprofessional.
