High prices for services beyond a basic caroet cleaning, such as for pet stains
Carpet looked darker compared to other carpet cleaning. It looked as if it needed to go Tru a rinse cycle. Saw a representative from Zerorez on Good Morning Texas and decided to change from my previous carpet cleaner Kiwi to Zeroez.
Very disappointed, I now have to call Kiwi carpet to have it look clean again.
They were very friendly and proactive.
Had my game room, loft, 3 bedrooms, and stairs done. Did an excellent job. Will use them again and highly recommended.

$75 for extra cleaning the size of a basketball is way to much for middle class families. Paul was great. He worked extremely hard and did a great job. When we have y’all back, I will be asking for Paul.
