The 2 men who cleaned our carpets were very courteous, on time, and professional. The carpet looked great after they were finished.
The carpet looked great when it was wet and the technician was able to remove some of the stains but the living room has brown streaks where he had missed some areas...If they can come out and clean the living room area again I may use them in the future as I hoped to do

Professional deep cleaning with personable Carpet Techs, who in my experience, go above and beyond and do an excellent service. I have used ZeroRez before and I will use them again and again. You won’t get find a better Carpet and Tile Cleaning Service anywhere else.
I like your service personnel - everyone that has ever come to do my carpets has been friendly, and goes over everything with me before starting the job. That way there are no surprises, and I feel that they are honest in their assessments. I also like the fact that you can book online, and that a phone call is made ahead of the technician's arrival. This is critical for me so I have time to make arrangements for my dogs. The carpets look great, and the tech that came last time was very professional, courteous, and did a great job explaining things to me.
My carpet looks nearly brand new!
This was the first time we have had our carpets professionally cleaned in quite a few years. We were extremely happy with the results. What made our experience even better were the professional and personable gentlemen that took great care of us that day. We will definitely be using Zerorez again in the future!!

The carpet dried perfectly. No crunching like after other cleaning companies.
Thorough and complete cleaning. Offered fans to assist with the drying process although the carpets were still damp in a few areas after 12 hours.

Your staff is friendly and careful. I do need the cleaner to come back for one area of my office...it's not clean, and the dark chair left a dark spot on carpet -- no protective strips put under the legs.
