I had exceptional service from Tyler and would recommend him to everyone I know. Great job! Selling and suggesting but not being too pushy. Courteous and polite!
They get the carpet clean and there is no cleaner smell. Like that it is eco friendly.
I thought everything was good I walked all the rooms with the zero Rez employee and specifically wanted the pet urine stains cleaned and removed. That’s the only reason I had you come out. He did some kind of test spot and then said something about having to charge extra to remove all the spots. And said something about wall to wall instead of spot cleaning I must have misunderstood because I thought he was saying what I was going to pay extra for would remove all the stains. Of course when he was leaving it was wet and all looks fine even after it’s dry you can’t see the stains like you could before. I got a uv light and all the spots are still there and if you get down on them you can smell them. I pulled up the receipt and it says something about waiving pet stain remover and it could make he spots bigger and smell and that any future treatments would cost full rate . I am disappointed that I went with Your Company. I will have to call some other company to get my carpet cleaned.
Technician was professional & knowledgeable in assessing our carpet needs. He thoroughly informed us of the problem areas & best approach in resolving. He got a lot done in an acceptable amount of time. Great experience, thanks!!

Very professional and friendly. Tyler our service technician did an awesome job - thorough evaluation of our floors and took the time to walk through our options while working within our budget.
No chemicals - amazing depth of clean and soft sparkling clean final product. I had no idea whatsoever that it was possible to get the level of clean that we saw upon completion. It was amazing. And our service person, Fabian, was on time, gracious and polite and our level of customer service evaluation is a 10 of 10. Well done. We will return as needed.
I was charged $46 per room (the "current special"), but I had a mailer coupon that stated the special was $29 per room. I was charged $60 for the"Topical Non-Guaranteed Pet Treatment" that I did not see applied - the only thing applied to the carpet after the cleaning was the "Whole House Protectant" for $90. So for the 5 rooms and the missing Pet Treatment I believe that I was over charged by $145.
Service is great and fast
The young man that came to the house could not have been nicer or more helpful. He did a fantastic job considering the tile and carpet are 20 years old. Very nice young man, worked very hard.

The service was excellent and our service man was knowledgeable and friendly. The only drawback was the cleaning started later than expected. We would still recommend the service though.
I requested a 30 minute call ahead of the arrival which was done and the technician was at my home when I arrived. He was professional, courteous and well trained. He completed the ordered services of carpet and a stairwell. He did such an excellent job I added a sofa cleaning while he was there and again did a great job.
Highly recommend Zerorez to anyone needing carpet services.
