Each and every service technician that has ever come out is thorough, professional and courteous. I love that the carpets are cleaned with no chemicals.
I had several spots on my carpet downstairs and on the top stair that the guy in May left so I mentioned him to the guy that just came here a couple days ago and he got rid of the ones downstairs but the two on my top stair he couldn't get rid of. I don't understand why.
The technician who came to my house was just fantastic! I appreciated him explaining everything so thoroughly including the reason why you all don’t have to use harmful chemicals. He was very professional, hardworking, and friendly. He definitely went above and beyond.

Aaron did an awesome job on my carpets! He explained everything he was doing to me, and showed me the end result after each step, especially on my heavily soiled pet stains. The carpets are cleaner than they have ever been in the four years I've owned the house. The pet solution is amazing. All of the stains and odors are gone. I will definitely use Zerorez again.

The gentleman was very efficient and courteous. He saturated my carpet which produced spots that were not there previously. I would like these areas looked at and treated.

They always do a good job. They are usually on time except when the appointment is late in the day. I understand this because many houses take longer to clean than expected. I believe my carpets are the easiest to clean because we have very little traffic even though the carpet is white.
