Darwin was very thorough--he pretreated the traffic areas and brushed the nap of the carpet. Like I said, it hasn't looked this good in a long time. Very pleased with his efficiency and his attention to the areas that concerned me. Great job.
Carpets look really clean. I could walk on them almost instantly although I stayed off for an hour .

Amazing cleaning - stains, odor gone! Paul did an amazing job. He explained everything, and he did everything he said he would do. I thought there was no hope for the carpets and tile, but Paul spent six hours making the entire house look new.
I was disappointed by how much moisture was left in the carpets so long after the cleaning. Up to 8 hours after the carpets were cleaned, they still felt wet.
I also found a lot of water spots on my hardwood floors. I guess this was from the hose dripping.

This is the second time we’ve used zerorez and just like the first time the technicians were friendly, fast and efficient. We had no crunchy residue like we’ve had from other carpet cleaning experiences. They were even able to get out some stains we lost hope on.

Our carpets are cleaner than we've ever seen them with any other service. They also dried quickly. The tile flooring came out very nice, too, especially the grout. Technician was very professional.

Your staff is friendly and careful. I do need the cleaner to come back for one area of my office...it's not clean, and the dark chair left a dark spot on carpet -- no protective strips put under the legs.
