Car was not soaking wet when he left
First of all, I called and got a quote from you all and stanley steamer for three rooms of carpet and one room of tile. You all gave me a much cheaper quote but it ended up $100 more and $70 more than the stanley steamer quote. Then, the carpet looked clean on the first day, which was Sunday but as of right now, on Tuesday, the stains that seemed removed, have bled back through and my carpet feels crunchy, as if there is residue remaining. I am very upset because we could have gone with another company but were assured you all would be the best and we just are not satisfied. The tile turned out good; however, it was over $100 more than quoted to clean it and the carpet, which was our main objective is just not good.

The carpet is thoroughly cleaned. Garrett Foster did an amazing job. Very professional and he removed stains from the carpet that others could not.
My house feels so clean. Randy did a great job. He was courteous, friendly, acommodating, and hard working. I like that you don't use harsh chemicals, as my family, and my pets suffer from allergies.
Self contained cleaning was improvement over others we have used
I was not told if the extra cost for “flooding “ pet stains so I was expecting $400 and final bill was $740!!

The gentleman that serviced my ac unit was extremely informative. He also knows the meaning of exceptional service. He went above and beyond. Zerorez is lucky to have him on their team.
It was a good job, better than last year. I wish the drying time was faster, It took overnight to dry.

My carpet is not as clean as expected for $190. I am very disappointed. I used this company before and I thought you did an awesome job. This go round was awful! I feel like it should be re cleaned or I should receive a hefty discount.

Great carpet cleaning.
Well, at the moment I'm not too thrilled! I just opened the door to that bedroom and the pee smell seems to smell stronger than even before. Than fan has been going since late Friday afternoon.
However, I'll give it another week to totally dry. I don't have any more money to put into this carpet! I will, however, NEVER have anyone else stay here who has any kind of animal~!!!!!
I thought the technician was particularly professional and knowledgeable. The outcome was very good and the process for cleaning and coating with polyurethane made the floors look like new, in a very cost effective way.

It was hard getting available days and times. I was told when I called to set an appt, that the technician would be there between 3-5:00 on Sat., Nov. 18. We then get an email confirming the appt and were advised that we would be called with a 2 hr. window before the technician arrived. At 4:30, after no call, I called the CS number. I got a call back saying the technician was running late and would be there at 6:10. I asked why we had not been called, and got apologgies but no explanation about why they had not called or why he was running late. The service tech called and said he was coming from Plano and arrived about 6:00. He said it would take approx. 4-5 hrs. to clean the vents and returns. He evaluated our vents and said they were not dirty but the return ducts were. He completed the ducts and left at 10:00pm.
Your customer service needs better training on taking calls and providing the appropriate info and scheduling time. If they say the tech will be there between 3-5 and it takes 4-5 hrs to provide the service, we should have received a call, especially if running late. We should have been told when we set up the appt. how long it would take.

The technician didnt bring what he needed to clean the couch, so it didn't get cleaned. He was very nice but I was disappointed.
