The technican demonstrated a test patch and assured me the pet urine stains would respond well to treatment. I told him I felt after the carpet dried that the stain would still be there and he said no way, the stairs are gone.
I feel the treatment that was performed made the smell and the stains worse. The carpet is still wet and it has been over 24 hrs! I will not recommend nor use zerorez again. I would have rather had him tell me that the carpet was a loss and not waste $350.00. I asked him several times. Honesty would have been better. So now I’m out the money to your company when it could have gone to new carpet.

Scheduling our appointment was very easy. Michael (our technician) was very informative, helpful and friendly. He was able to clean several of the stains I was most concerned about. We are very happy with the service he provided.

The carpets do really look as good as new. The only minor prob.: the free 100 square feet of tile cleaning didn’t reveal the white in the grout as it did when I used Z-rez before.
Other than that, excellent value.

The quality of service was excellent. The carpet in my new home was very old, but in good shape. Once it was cleaned, it looked almost new! The technician was very professional and did and outstanding job. I have allergies and other respiratory issues, so it is very important that harsh chemicals are not used in the cleaning process.
