Carpet was not soppy wet, so it dried fairly quickly, and there was no chemical smell

I called to let you know that my carpets were still wet and that there were corner guards left at my house. I let the phone agent know not to have him come back until after a specified time...instead he arrived 30-40 min before the time I gave. I was still at work and could not be home any earlier (which I had specified) when my carpet finally dried it was kinda sticky and rough/hard. I would have done better to replace my carpet

I already posted a Google review.... Joe Vasquez was great! Very knowledgeable, personable, professional and efficient. He knew what to do and did it well. He also was very honest about the odor problem in my apartment..... it wasn't the carpet. (But very glad anyway that I had them cleaned; they look brand new!) It was from at least 3 years' worth of the previous renter's cooking with curry! I never would have guessed, but Joe knew it the minute he stepped through the door. Now that's experience for you!
