Yes, I am more than pleased with the service I received from beginning to end. The professionalism of the guy that actually cleaned my carpets (Tyler? maybe) was very impressive. The way my carpets look was beyond what I expected. When I originally requested a quote I was told they didn't service my area, but they made an exception. I surely hope I can have my carpets cleaned 1--2 times a year by you guys! I'll definitely recommend your company to others.

Great customer service by John (the rep who came to our house)
The first thing that struck me was how Robert the technician wanted to make sure I was well-informed of the cleaning process before he started the work, which I appreciated. The fact that he was on time and professional was another strong point. During the process, Robert would stop to find me and let me see how the results were coming along in the carpet and tile cleaning. When he finished the job, I was a very satisfied first-time customer of Zerorez.
cost of cleaning pet stains at $75 a spot is outrageous and should have been explained on the phone prior to the visit
My service and finished product was outstanding. My technician, Charles, was nothing less than professional and detailed in explaining the process and what to expect when he finished. There were no hidden fees and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. I'm only upset that I've not been using Zerorez and wasting money using other companies. I will recommend Zerorez to family and friends and anyone else that might ask. My carpets and tile look fantastic almost like new. Very pleased.
Have used 4 times in 10 months due to renting a house with beige outdated carpet. A 14 year old dog is losing control, but so what. Zerorez has great techs that “get it”.

I just bought a UV light and looked at my carpet... I has just as many stains as before. I thought the pet treatment was suppose to remove the stains. I paid $349.79 and expected more. Carpet looks good but just not what I expected. I'm just a little disappointed.
Good value for the amount of cleaning that was done. Also staff was friendly and knowledgeable in the area of cleaning.

Carpet worse now after cleaning. I know he worked hard on it, but.stains still there and now new one where the carpet cleaner was upstairs . Looked ok when it was saturated with water, but bad after it dried. Don't know if it can be made right.
The man we had was a 10. He protected the corners, had me check his work, and was polite.

I like that Zerorez doesn't use soap to clean the carpet. The carpet stays clean longer. The technicians show up on time, are professional and do a good job. Spilled coffee on my carpet 01/11/18, I think the technician's name is Devon, he used the special suction tool and water for stains and removed the stain.
The experience was great. I would definitely use this service again.
