I was not disappointed other than I thought my carpet would have a nice clean smell, but it did not. My room was very very small for $117.99, but I am satisfied.

I loved the fact that Zerorez does not use chemicals or detergents to clean the carpet. Also the carpets are not left soaking wet. Our home smells fresh and clean and the carpets look amazing!
