Carpet now has many areas of discoloration that were not present prior to the cleaning. Many previous spots appear to have not been pre-treated prior to cleaning and still remain. Carpet was saturated with water and took almost 3 days to dry in some areas even with additional fans placed on the areas.
The Tech was very knowledgeable spoke with me about the products answered all of my questioned. The stains came out both the floors and chairs, leaving a fresh smell though out the office. On top of being very polite and on Time.
It was a very pleasant experience
Although they were late the young man was very informative and worked quickly.
The job was done very well and looks great

No smell, good coverage, quick dry. The agent was very thorough in his explanation of the process and my expectations. He was quick and neat (no messes for me to clean up) and polite. He came exactly the time I was told.
THE TECNICIAN WAS VERY POLITE AND KNEW WHAT HE WAS DOING
Very professional and took care of all the little spots I asked to be removed. A little disappointed though cause I thought it would cost me $139.00. But once the tech was here I got charge a little of this and little of that. Otherwise very happy with the results.

Some areas were left extremely wet. Some seemed as if they had not even been cleaned. One area had a large stain come up from underneath that had not been there before. All in all, I didn’t get what I paid for. I will not use zetorez again in the future and will not recommend to my friends

Techs are always nice and professional. My carpet fries so much faster because they put less water on our carpet which means "zero" chemicals, the claen lasts longer, and we are happier!

Excellent customer service. My carpet was beyond filthy. So bad that we were looking at purchasing new carpet and priced it - so expensive, so this was our last shot at trying to get it clean...used other companies that didn't do a good job. Zero rez got out all but one tiny pin spot...it was a huge ink pen spot and only a tiny amount is left. We are talking clean carpets for 3 rooms, with dogs and a 91 year old who spills everything! At a reasonable price. I could not be happier!!!

I really liked the fact that ZEROREZ answered their phone every time I called, answered all my questions, and DID WHAT THEY SAID THEY WOULD DO!
They said to expect a callback the next day with a 2-hour window for the cleaning day. That is what they did!
They said to expect a call on the cleaning day 30 minutes prior to arrival time of the cleaning crew. Yep! They did!
There were no surprises or changes in the amount charged, and that was awesome! The tech did a great job!

i'm sorry for the delay of submitting my survey. I heard your reference on 94.9 and really thought I would get a better results. I guess you don't know if I don't complete the survey. I'm not pleased with my carpet. The tech was very nice and professional. Our carpet did look better wet, we had a professional fan and others fans, stayed off carpet, in fact, we left to have dinner to allow drying. The tech sold us a protection spray like scotch guarding hoping for a more time before cleaning again.
Not the case.
After the carpet dried, it looked really bad. I wanted to call but my Dad was really upset, as he was to have major surgery in 2 days and we had no time to address the matter.
We were calling for 3 rooms for $99. My bill way more plus extra protection !
Yes, the carpet was cleaner, for a few days, maybe, but the additional fee we paid was completely unhelpful and should be refunded. unhappy when he drove off...
Carpet looks great, and the grout looks like it did the day the tile was installed!
I was very pleased with the results on my carpets. Technician was very polite and did as I requested. I do question the "wet cloth" produced to show my wool carpets needed cleaning. When I picked up the cloth, it was totally dry! Maybe it was a coincident that it dried so quickly. I do agree the wool runners, especially the ones by the garage door, needed cleaning.
Over all, I was pleased and will call you again. I will just watch out for any dirty cloths.
