Y'all got the stains our of the carpet and there was no residual odor. The technician was on time and professional.
Although the man who did the work was extremely nice, his vehicle was unmarked, he didn't have on a uniform, and he did not have a business card. He was lucky we even let him in the house. In addition, his machine for cleaning the tile/grout wasn't functioning and he said he would have to use a portable version
While cleaning the tile in our bathroom, he completely missed the area at the wall behind the door as well as the area along the cabinet and vanity edge. The grout in both the bathroom and kitchen still has dirty looking places that I expected to be clean.
In the living/dining room area where he cleaned the carpet and we paid an extra $300 to have it deep cleaned, there are spots on the carpet in front of both doors that are still there.
We called Zerorez because of Jody Dean's recommendation on KLUV, because there is "ZERO Detergents or Residue," and because of your guarantee of 100% satisfaction. I would like for arrangements to be made for someone to come out again, with some means of identifying themselves and with fully functioning machines to correct these issues.
I like the ph balanced water, it makes for a cleaner carpet.
As the name suggests I love cleaning process (i.e. no soaps and detergents). Mr. Anderson provided exceptional service and went out of his way to be informative and answer any questions I had. Tile cleaning was exceptional as well.

Very nice and polite person who came to my house. While i understand selling other products is asked of them, it is a little too much.
I wanted my carpets clean and know how it worked...very nicely shown and explained but after that, i felt i was approached several times during the visit about all sorts of other services you provide.

Had zero rez out twice in less than two months. The second tech was able to get out stains that the first tech should have removed the first time.
John was courteous and very professional. We have a 3-story townhouse--and of course all the carpeting is on the stairwell leading up to and including the 3rd floor. It required some creative engineering to manage the hose, but he tackled it like a pro.
Ricardo was very meticulous as he cleaned my furniture and my carpets. The cleaning products did not leave my furniture or carpet with a crunchy kind of feel but was very soft.
Listen better. You did make it right, but listen to what I need. Felt I was just pushed through the first visit.

Our tech Darius did a really thorough job. He got out some stains I wasn’t sure would come out. It’s also great to not have the carpet be super wet when it’s finished.
