Reputable and dependable service!
Good service, at a relatively fair price. The person that did the cleaning was courteous, professional, and came across as knowledgeable. Process was relatively hassle free.

I had a deal that included 100 as ft if tile to clean but the technician did not do it. The techs need to be thorough on what us to be done and not rely on the customer

The technician who came to my home was attentive and he did a good job. He was a totally nice and polite person.
However, I was shocked by the price for cleaning two not-too-large rooms and a hallway- and then the additional cost of treating for pet stains @ an additional $ 75 per gallon for some cleaner-- it would take five gallons to complete my carpets totaling OVER $ 500. I was not prepared for that expense and I would rather put those dollars toward to new carpet. Also, I had to mention to the technician to put wood furniture up on blocks so the legs wouldn't get wet and lift the curtains off the wet carpet. I supplied twine and scissors and we tied the drapery up off the floor.
additionally, the technician said it would take 4-5 hours for the carpets to dry--- and it has been well over 24 hrs and my carpets are still wet- and we have a had large fans blowing on them over night and most today day.
As mentioned, the technician did a good job, my carpets look cleaner and smell better-
but I'm dismayed by the timing, the cost and my having to make those suggestions.

The technician arrived on time and got immediately to work. He was very personable. We had vacuumed that day and were amazed at how much cat hair he had pulled from the carpet with the pretreatment. I wanted to go back and clean it up and he said no that this was normal and the next process would pick it all up. He then did 1/2 (100 sq ft was part of the package) of my big atrium's tile for free. He even said that if I felt they removed the sealant they would come back and do that for me at no charge. I had mentioned that last year we did the kitchen floor but I then needed to reseal it to get the shine back. I noticed he even applied corner guards so that his hoses did not damage any walls. My carpets look great!

The stain in the hallway is almost completely gone. The carpet feels great and the house. doesn't smell. The gentleman who did the service was fantastic according to my husband who is not easily impressed.
