The quote I was given didn’t suddenly change. Terrance was great! He was respectful that I was working. The carpets looked brand new when he was done.

I like the fact that harsh, soapy product was not used to clean our carpet. It dried beautifully! The house smells and feels refreshed and the carpet is so soft and plush! The technician Jaylon was informative and knowledgeable about the product. He explained the procedure thouroghly before beginning the work! I am very pleased with the product, workmanship and professionalism of your company!

Joe, the technician, was great! The corporate office has issues. I told them originally anytime after 11:30 and they called back and said it would be between 10 and 12. I reiterated that I couldn’t be there until after 11:30 and they said they saw that in the notes and that would still work. Technician showed up at 11 and said the notes said to come close to 11. Also, I mentioned I needed stretching done. They sent a technician who doesn’t do stretching...I would recommend the technician but not corporate.
Due to alot of allergies, I've faithfully used ZeroRez (since 2003) to clean my light beige carpets throughout my 3100 sq ft home. ZeroRez consistently excels in quality service, workmanship and going-the-extra-mile -- not only in being considerate of my time but by 100% guaranteeing my satisfaction. I've never had a spot or stain that they've not been able to completely clean!

Carpet cleaning was fine except a large coffee stain remains on my stairs, I was expecting it to come out better than it did.
Can you have an experienced cleaner some out to try and remove it?

The fact that they work and the average homeowner can afford to use your services. The employee that came to our home was courteous, on time, knew the products you use and was able to get the work done to our complete satisfaction. Would highly recommend to all.

Let me start out by saying that we think the tech that was here was great and very professional and friendly. He was also knowledgeable with his work. We had no problems with him. With that being said, we are disappointed in the Zerorez. After listening to numerous commercials about how the company can really clean carpet unlike any other carpet cleaners out there because of the "special" technique that is used. We did try Rug Doctor and other solutions but none worked and that is why we called Zerorez. In the end, the cost was alot more (more than doubled) our quoted price of $99 for 3 rooms. I guess that is because we had pet pees that needed to be cleaned and that required almost $148 more in other fees for pets. Again, we didn't mind paying that extra if it truly would clean our carpet. But we were told that it is no guarantee and we would just to have to see if the cleaning works or not. If it doesn't work, then "oh well". The pee smell is mostly gone but I don't think the room is truly cleaned (only 1 room has issue). If we would just have a tech come back and redo that one room again then the smell would go away. Unfortunately we were told that is not how it works.
A huge spot the size of a man's footprint came up at the carpet dried. It was extra wet, and I was hoping it would go away as it dried. I called ZeroRez first thing this morning and let them know about it. Asked them to send out a technician to fix the problem. Monday (a week later) was the first time we could set a schedule, and I was told ZeroRez couldn't give me more than an 8 hour window until the schedule for that day was set.
I even asked to speak to a supervisor. She took down my request for a morning appointment, but I am still not satisfied with the customer service I received. Because it is ZeroRez's mistake, and no fault of mine, I want a technician to come out and fix this big problem at my convenience. Why should I have to wait for ZeroRez to "fit me into" a technicians day of appointments when I have paid for services (and extra treatments) and the work is not done to my satisfaction?
I am not happy after using ZeroRez for many years. I feel like your customer service is non-existent for us loyal customers!

Showed up within the time given. Great customer service. Rugs look brand new as they wee quite soiled. Thought about getting new rugs for bedrooms but now can keep another year or more.
Arrived on time. Friendly and careful technician.
