The product portion of the service is great. No one better.

The call center service has drastically declined and the pricing is subject. I needed service in November but had to wait out your "holiday special pricing" so I could get the normal price, which is more affordable. And I just needed one room done but had to pay the 3 room price anyway. That's ridiculous. I've been a customer for 10 years or so... There should be an option for one room that doesn't cost the same as 3 rooms since I don't have the requisite 3 rooms.

The tech was extremely nice and professional! I would love to have him come back every time I use the service! Also, I love how he was NOT a pushy salesperson. He let me know what needs to be done, and got it done.

He was able to get out the urine stains from our dogs and the carpets looked beautiful. Done in about 45 minutes, and I love that zerorez leaves no residues like other carpet cleaning companies with all of their chemicals. Great customer service as well!

What could we do to improve?

Communication on the cleanup after tile has been cleaned and sealed. It took me 2 hours today to mop all my floors to get all the white chalky film off. Then I spent another half hour cleaning all my appliances and furniture legs of white splash. I am still unsure if I got all of it off my refrigerator. I really thought when y’all finished the job it would be sparkling clean.
Very disappointed in that.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The man who did our carpet was RUDE!!! After we paid extra for pet damage the stain didn’t come out and he said it was pretty NASTY!!!!! Then to top that off he said he didn’t have time to do one of the last rooms we had paid for!!!!!!
