I was highly scared that the stains would not come out of the carpet. Not only was their dog urine but also red vomit. I was sure I'd have to have the carpets replaced and my Landlord would charge me money I didn't have.

The service technician, Derek was amazing. He went through all of my options and found the best option for my concerns. He didn't over sale me and watched my money for me to guarantee that I got the best service at the best price.

To my surprise Derek got every stain out and saved me my rent deposit. I will definitely be using them again!

Carpet looks clean and smells clean.

You don't use soap to clean the carpet and it dries rather quickly. Anthony did a super job of cleaning some very difficult areas. We found out you offer many services besides carpet cleaning.

Quick response. Rep, Joe was well informed on what needed to be done, and he spent the time to explain it all to me. The products are all green. The trucks are set up so they don’t need anything from me or use of anything in the house.

Joe did a great job and got the stains and smells out. He also reassured us that is we see anything that might have been missed, he would be right back out to address it.

The service man was very thorough in explaining what needed to be done and why. He completed all that he said he would and beyond to bring my HVAC unit to optimum performance.

I have used Zerorez for about 4 years and have been very pleased The last cleaning wasn't
as I expected. Called the next morning and they sent a crew to look over the problem. They
re-did areas. Service was great and re-cleaning areas looked great. Really appreciated their
professional service.

Received a phone call the day before to let me know they would be out the next day. Received another call the day of to let me know what time they would be at my house. Very nice and courteous person that came out.

Nobody else could get spots out, but you did. The carpets feel better & look cleaner than other services have left it.

Operator left residue over the entire carpet. Feels like your walking on plastic.

It’s a very professional company with great customer service. You definitely get what you pay for. The man that cleaned my carpets was very knowledgeable about his job and was also very friendly and helpful on what decisions to make.

Great costumer service and pet friendly

The actual carpet cleaning was excellent. Unfortunately, every other aspect of the transaction was sub-standard.
I still have received no invoice or receipt or any other document that suggests that you were ever here. I was assured by the serviceman (who had absolutely no documentation) that I would have documents via E-mail within an hour.
When the serviceman arrived, he was alone and informed me that he could not move any item of furniture and could only clean around the furniture. When I suggested that we could move an item and then place it on styrofoam blocks, he informed me that he had already used all his blocks that day, and that I was just out of luck.
The serviceman was polite and worked diligently on the carpet that he was able to get to without moving anything.
