Not a lot of chemicals. Service was great, very professional, explained everything and willing to answer any questions. Worked quickly and thoroughly. Communication through the entire process from making appointment until job completed was great!

Suggestions~ phone rep needs to tell customer that cost is ONLY for testing each room & there will be extra cost depending on evaluation. Coupon is very deceptive as well as info given on phone as to cost of room. $142 was my quote over the phone later to find out that it would cost me 10x the quote.
Also, it took 2 1/2 days for my rooms to dry using box fans to help dry out in addition to ceiling fans~ so that I could put my furniture back.
4-8 hours drying time was told to me~not so!!
I had to go back and blot the carpet with bath towels which were wet when I took them up.
Squishy in some areas even after I asked tech to return to suck up the water.
Better suction needed or less water!

My technician was polite, efficient, clear spoken, respectful and kind. And carpets came out great.

Upcharges are ridiculous and out of control. Definitely the last time I will consider Zerorez. What started out as a $150ish quote ended up with a cost of nearly $900. I only agreed because my wife wanted it done. Definitely not worth the cost.
Tech was great - very thorough explanation of options for treating pet stains.
Our technician Tom Anderson did an outstanding job. Eliminated even old red wine stains in our white carpet.
Only one suggestion: I suspect carpets would dry faster in the summer when the air conditioning is running because it take moisture out of the air. In the winter the heater does not do that. I addition it was not very cold so the heater did not run much. Consequently, the carpet probably did not dry completely for 4 or more hours. One to two hour drying estimate is probably okay in the summer but not this time of year.

The tech that came to my house to clean the carpets was awesome. Super nice and did a great job. Carpets look much better so that is great. I thought I was going to get a gift card and 100 sq ft of tile cleaned as well? Can someone please follow up with me on this. Other than that, everything was great.

6:15 at night was just too late, in my opinion to start a job.. I had stayed home all day because 30 min notice would not have been enough for me to do several things I needed to do I don't understand why you schedule so many appointments for the same day. I felt I was not given the time I deserved, However, I don't know how long it would normally take. My carpets are 8 years old and have been cleaned before. I feel that maybe the darker places could have been cleaned somewhat better if the light had been better. The young man you sent was very courteous and represents your company well. I have no complaints with him.
Courteous employees. They actually talk to you and show you what their doing. They do a good job cleaning the carpets and they pay attention to detail.
