Quite a mess was left after scrubbing kitchen tile. Maybe too much white grit was used. I had to scrub baseboards and lower cabinets to get it off.

I did think it was a little pricey to have a minimal charge to have one rug that had an oil spot. $161 seem to be a lot but it does look much better.

Johnathan was very professional and pleasant to deal with. He showed up when they said he would and then got after it. The results were better than expected given some of the spots in one of the rooms and no unpleasant odors after completion either. I will use you again when the

They had my order incorrect on 3 rooms
The guy complained the whole time about his equipment and I had to keep showing him areas he missed. I ended up renting a upholstery cleaning unit from the hardware store the next day and cleaning things more thoroughly and for a $30 rental fee. Compared w $300 for the Zerorez fee
They came to the house on time, a big plus! Did a great job on the carpet and tile!

Most thorough cleaning I've ever received and super friendly technicians!! My son has asthma and severe allergies. We had our carpets cleaned on Saturday evening. He did not need his inhaler before bed and has not needed it at all today. He is not sneezing or coughing. Doctors should prescribe Zerorez instead of steroids! I am one happy mom!!!
