Jeff was on time, courteous and did a great job on my carpet and upholstery cleaning

You always do a good job and your technicians are always courteous and helpful. However, I was not as pleased this visit as I have been in the past.

I only rated a 7 because we had Dalworth clean the carpets the year prior and there was a significant difference in the cleaning. The carpet looked brand new when they finished.

Aside from the cost I like how the entire process was completed in under 2hrs.

I was quoted a fee of $99 from a special + $10 environmental fee to clean 3 rooms of carpet. When the tech was finished, his bill showed I was charged a base rate of $139 plus the $10 fee. He could not adjust it for me and said I would have to pay and then call the office on Monday since it was Saturday evening and they were closed.

This is a very misleading way to do business!

Professional in every way. Detailed in walk through explanations. Took care to not make any mess and protected furniture and walls from hose. Cleaning process works on carpet and tile floors. Very good results.

My carpet and floors are beautiful. The technician was awesome, friendly and hard-working. I had an old ink spot. I did not think it would come out. It did not but it was not for a lack of effort and it is much less noticeable now. My other cleaner never tried to get the spot out!
Zero Rez kept me informed when they would be at my house. The technician came in and protected my walls.
Lastly, my son who has never noticed the clean carpets before said "wow, the carpet looks like new and there is no stinky smell."

Product is good and works well with someone who knows how to use it. My technician rushed through the process i wish he would have been a little more patient in certain areas of the house. Overall a very nice technician well mannerd and respectful of my home.

The young man, Daryl Boston was so nice and professional! He did an amazing job and was always reminding me as a senior citizen to be careful so I didn’t slip or fall.

The young man that was doing my service was kind, well dressed and made a good impression. He asked several times if I needed him to do anything else while he was here.
He also asked if I was satisfied. Good customer service! Explained the cleaning of the tile was he was doing the 100 sq. ft. of complimentary service. That was great. I will be using you again for some more of the tile cleaning. Thank You
