Zerorez carpet cleaning is the best!! In the past I’ve used several different carpet cleaning companies but found Zerorez is the best.
Several area still had diets and hairs. Several area had the water lasted longer than usual and didn’t even clean the carpet. Some container with the chemicals was left inside the house for some reason...I don’t know how to dispose this chemicals. Not worth the $200+ I spent and cost came higher than expected. No gift card was offered.

The technician, Pablo, was helpful and knowledgeable and worked within our schedule. He was also very professional and focused the entire time. The carpet looks new again!! Such a wonderful experience!
When we say no scent it is very important not to use any. The orange spray made me very sick and it did linger all night.
The upstairs room still had visible stains and pet odor. It needs to be redone.

clean, green carpet cleaning. It appears a competitor gets a higher score for cleaning. I wish both of you were cheaper for my modest little house. If I use Zerorez again, I'll only have carpet cleaned, not the tile, that cost too much for me.
It would be nice if they could get to my house when they say they're going to. I originally made the appointment for 9 a.m., then they called and said the person would be there between 10 a.m. and 12 p.m. I had to wait practically the whole morning, and then when he got to my house, he took about 30 minutes to do the job. He did a good job and my carpet looked very good when he had finished, but waiting all that time was very annoying.

I feel comfortable knowing my home is an overall cleaner place and it didn't take a bunch of gross chemicals to make it that way. The service was stellar despite requiring hard work and patience - and I felt like I was informed with honesty and integrity along the way.
