The carpet isn’t crunchy when it dries. And it’s clean. It’s expensive. But it’s clean.

Last Saturday I purchased a $1500 air purifier from your company, which I was told would be delivered the same day. As of today, I still have not received anything and have received absolutely no communication from your company. I just called and spoke with someone named Rigo (spelling?) who was incredibly unhelpful and couldn't have cared less about the issue. He told me no one was there and to call back Tuesday. When I told him "I spent $1500 on a product that's a week late and you won't help me?" he put me on hold and then came back and said he'd checked and I needed to call back on Tuesday to schedule delivery. I asked him why he couldn't have checked in the first place and he said "no one was here but I had to ask someone." My response: "So no one is there...but you had to ask someone?" So either he was lying that no one was there or he just didn't want to help me. Add this to the fact that after leaving a good review on Facebook, I found that my carpets and tile weren't cleaned behind doors and that large areas of the carpets themselves were left uncleaned, and I'm livid. I'm disgusted by this service and won't be using ZeroRez again.
Everything. We didn't get the $50 Estilio Gaucho gift card.
Pablo Vasquez was superb! He was professional, pleasant, informative, and diligent in removing a blue stain from my beige carpet!

My sister recommended your services to meet Jonathan, the service technician, arrived on time, has excellent interpersonal and communication skills, he is professional and thorough in his explanation of services. My carpets look amazing due to the empowered water and Jonathan‘s knowledge and service. I will highly recommend your company to my friends and family. Jonathan is surely an asset to your company. I will be using your services again in the future.
I liked the cleaning service, they were prompt professional and exceeded my expectations.
Also used no chemicals and hence the house did not smell ant detergents.

I never received a confirmation call for my appointment. I heard from the guy about 10 minutes before he arrived.
The people! Yes my floors look great but that's only because everyone treated my small job like it was a job at their own home. Very refreshing and awesome! Can't say enough about the experience and this was at 8am the day after the Christmas holiday. Thank you to those who helped me and to those who hired them! Keep up the great work!

Great service from the technician.
The customer service from my initial call down to the hand shake when the job was finished was superb! Very informative, courteous, on time and thorough personnel. Oh, and the 40 year old carpet looked and smelled amazingly well, too. I would highly recommend ZEROREZ.

Kudos to Aaron Sissom, who provided excellent service!! He was very knowledgeable about the Zerorez technology, offered suggestions about how to keep our carpet clean, stated other services your company offered without being pushy and did NOT do a rush job in cleaning our carpet.

The young man that came did an excellent job. Explained what he would recommend. Showed up on time. From talking to others the initial price is a gimmick and once they are in your house you are given choices and the initial price is the base. Probably the nature of the business. I did go over my notes and I forgot to make sure that I got the 100 sq feet of tile and grout that was included in the offer I booked
Again the tech was excellent and I would recommend him in a heartbeat. If I recommend I will tell the person to make sure you get everything in the offer and be prepared that the initial price is a bare minimal price

The bedroom carpet stains and pathway dirt did not clean up. I was very disappointed. Especially after spending $180.
