Chase was great, explained everything he was doing. The carpet smelled much better after he was finished but it didn't deter my dogs from scoping out the previous owners pets. Oh well, it was worth a try.

Prompt service and professional staff.
I have used 0 Rez numerous times and have been satisfied with the cleaning all but 1 other time, which was immediately corrected. This last carpet cleaning completed on 12/29/17 had 1 minor problem and 1 major issue the minor issue was the same I have had 1 other time with the carpets not cleaned to expectations. The major issue and 1 that needs immediate attention is that the seams in the carpet were all pulled loose with some gaps created as large as 3/8 of an inch. This is now a major issue as I have corporate employees and sales people from around the US and Canada coming into this facility to do training. I was also very unsatisfied with the response from customer service over the phone which informed me the best they could do to get a supervisor out to look at the problem would be between 3:00 and 5:00 pm today I would expect a better response with the issue at hand.
Clean without an antiseptic odor - stains have not returned!
The gentleman arrived late but we did get notification of the delay. We were the last job for the day. He was exhausted and had to shampoo our stairs which is not an easy task. We have light color carpet and I was not satisfied with the edges of the stairs which still look dingy.
We also had a pet treatment done on our balcony. The gentleman showed us with the blue light the urine stains. But did not show us the results after the treatment.
There was some spots in one of the other rooms that I felt that could have been removed. Some of the traffic areas, needed a little more attention. That's a fact, because in my room, I requested that he go over the doorway area again, and you could see the difference. It was just sloppy work, trying to quickly finish and call it a day.
My mom has always raved about your service, but was appalled to see how poorly you did. Lesson learned, if I use you again or any other company, I will scheduled earlier in the day.

It seemed like the person was really trying to do a good job and not just rush through it. Even though the cost was a little more than what I have previously spent on carpet cleaning, the end result was worth it.

I am very happy that no chemicals were used. He did say he sprayed with plant roots and orange peel solution and the water temp was over 200degrees. The carpets look really good.
I am sure the water in the truck was very black from my carpets. I have had them cleaned with chemicals so hopefully it picked up all that residue as well.
Hired zero Rez to remove a few stains on carpet and treatment did not remove any of them. To make it right, I would try harder to get stains removed or refund part of the fees.
Our Technician Johnathan was great! He went over our home thoroughly and recommended a solution based on our needs.He had a positive attitude and educated us on the process in which he was performing. I am very pleased with the results and felt good about the price. We had pet urine and pet smell that is no longer present. We will definitely call again if needed in the future.
well the idea of zero cleaning solution or chemicals remain in the fibers, whatever your claim is, I like that.

Tech Jeff was very careful and meticulous in his cleaning; he even set up corner protectors at doorways. He was disappointed that he was unable to remove 20+ year old ink stains! I think that's pretty dedicated to your job! All my carpets look fantastic, including the ones that are 30 yr. old, and I love walking on the soft carpet with my bare feet. This was my first ZeroRez treatment, and I'll definitely call them the next time!
Quick dry and gets out all stains
The cleaning is excellent, as always. Also, the young man that performed the cleaning was very professional and thorough. You can tell that he was well trained in what he did and his customer service relationship. He will go far!
