Carpet was wet for 10 hours. Way too long.
Great price but extra charges are crazy. Because i didn't pay another $100, my carpet smells musty. Disappointing.

Some stains were still there on the carpet and the tile did not look any different from when I just use my swifter.

In cleaning the tile (included with the special), after the tile dried, a lot of soap film appeared.

Very disappointed. Paid over $500 to get dog pee smell out. Second tech convinced us to spend $275 more and the pee smell would be gone. It didn't. Should have just cut our loss and had him redo the room instead of paying extra. In fact, the room smelled worse than before Zerorez came. If you want to get dog pee smell, use Febreze. For $500+, you can buy alot of Febreze that can last you years and the smell will be "gone" compared to paying $500+ and the smell comes back in 3-4 days.

This is the first time I was educated on the process, as well as the first time EVER that my standards were met. My technician was very polite and knowledgeable.

2) After Fabian came out Wed. to estimate, I have received no written estimate and no one has called to schedule the cleaning. How do you stay in business?

After paying you $200 in additional cost to treat pet stains. We found the spots returned worse than before the day after cleaning the carpet. I sent pictures to you and you didn't believe us. Your terrible customer service woman said someone needed to come out and look. I had to take 2 days of vacation costing me $768 in lost productivity to get down on my hands and knees for 16 hours cleaning the spots that your cleaning service left behind. I was told by your customer service that you would not make good on your commitment and would not give us a refund for the additional pet spot cleaning. We've already started spreading the word about the dishonest service we have received from Zerorez. I'm told someone is coming out to our house on Saturday to look at what I cleaned. This is a ridiculous waste of time. I already cleaned up your mess. If I don't receive a refund, I will take you to small claims court. I don't think you should make commitments to clean a carpet and leave it in worse shape you found it. You should also consider firing the terrible customer service woman, she made the situation 100 times worse with how aweful she was to me and my wife. Dishonesty will get you nowhere.
