My first experience with Zerorez was amazing. This time not so much.

The technician was pleasant enough. I feel that he could have done a better job if he had stayed off his phone.

The hallway looked clean, but one of the bedrooms did not appear to be clean. I didn't check out the bedrooms until after the carpets had dried and was so surprised and disappointed.

I now know that the Zerorez technology can be foiled by the wrong technician.

I wish I could remember the name of the young man who cleaned our carpets. He worked so hard without a break, cleaning eight rooms, two hallways and stairs. He did an excellent job and was very professional. (Give him a raise!)

The carpet cleaning solution smelled great and I'm happy to know that it's environmentally responsible. I am very pleased with how the carpets look and feel now.

All natural and the young man who cleaned our carpet, Darius, did an excellent job.

The technican demonstrated a test patch and assured me the pet urine stains would respond well to treatment. I told him I felt after the carpet dried that the stain would still be there and he said no way, the stairs are gone.
I feel the treatment that was performed made the smell and the stains worse. The carpet is still wet and it has been over 24 hrs! I will not recommend nor use zerorez again. I would have rather had him tell me that the carpet was a loss and not waste $350.00. I asked him several times. Honesty would have been better. So now I’m out the money to your company when it could have gone to new carpet.
