Rugs come out clean and service techs are polite and work carefully. I only use Zerorez to clean my carpet. This is the 3rd or 4th time.

I feel like the job was only half done. I understand not moving big furniture like beds and couches when there's only one person to do the job but the cleaner went around and tables and bedside tables that are easily moved. Also there were places on the tile that were missed. The gentleman that came out was extremely nice, polite, and very helpful! He is exactly the type of personality I wish all companies employed. He even did a small area for free because he forgot to include it in tye estimate that I approved. I don't know if it was just his last job or if it's company policy to not move any furniture and clean around it.
