Despite hearing how fantastic zero Rez is at removing smell of pets, and with the added treatment, my room still smells heavily of pets
The carpets were very clean and fresh.
Had to have you come back out to redo a room. When I made the appt for you to come back out I asked if a different tech come out. I was told the same would be back but with a manager to make sure he is doing the proper job. No manager came out with the tech he was alone. Do not appreciate this type of improper communication.
I've been in Real Estate and related services for over 38 years, and have worked with countless carpet cleaners. GARRETT WAS THE ABSOLUTE BEST EVER, TOTAL PERFECTION!!! There is no comparison between the results that Garrison worked so very hard to get from the 3 guys that have came to my home before. I didn't have good things to say your other techs, in fact, I really complained about the first one.
My carpet looked brand new when Garrett finished, and it is 12 years old. I honestly can't remember the last time I've encountered a young man as professional, dedicated, and thorough as Garrett.
I currently manage 4 businesses that are all Real Estate related, and I would have offered him pretty much whatever he wanted to join my team. He is not a diamond in the rough, he's already all shined up! With all my managerial experience I highly recommend he be promoted to a position where he could train all your techs, so they can also represent your company as well as he has.

I recently had my carpet cleaned and had a small issue that I called about. I am so very pleased to say you called back addressed my concerns and immediately sent someone out to handle it to my satisfaction.This is a company that truly stands behind their work and I would recommend it to anyone needing their services. Most grateful for a job well done.
During my vent consultation, mud and small debry were tracked into the house. While a monetary discount was provided, I do not understand why booties were not worn. To provide my family with a clean, low allergy home, shoes should not be worn, nor should mud or debry be tracked in.
During my carpet cleaning, small sections of carpet were missed. The equipment also left a swipe of mud on my bed dust ruffle. And I found a small chip on bottom edge of my night stand.
During both visits, I received constant sales pitches on what else I could do or purchase. It was too much and took up too much time.

How clean my carpet is.
I used your service about 2 years ago and it was outstanding. I'm thinking this franchise must be under new ownership. Your company came out to clean my carpet and an area rug before Christmas this year and it was terrible! I just received my area rug back today - two months later!!
The technician was sort of clueless, however, he was polite. The carpet looks as though it was never cleaned - which was not the case last time. I have dogs and my carpet is only about 7 years old. I used your company in December because you did a great job last time. I would not use you again. It's unfortunate.

The technician that came to our house was awesome. Very informative but not at all pushy, took his time and did a great job.
We were very impressed with the young man, Aaron, who cleaned the clarpet. We have had the carpet cleaned before, even by Zerorez, but no one else had been able to remove a large stain from the living room carpet. It looks great! Aaron was very professional, polite and aimed to please.
Our tech, Daryl was great. Friendly professional and hard working. Carpets look like new.

Our carpet looks very clean now! We were especially pleased with your service technician, Garrett Foster. He did a great job. He worked quickly and was very thorough. Garrett made sure to clean the corners of the room and also did a great job on the stains. He did not take any shortcuts.
I love that no chemicals were used.
I spent over $400 to have carpet thoroughly cleaned and find that the spots have returned after a week or so. Can you make this right by reapplyinhg?
