John was courteous and very professional. We have a 3-story townhouse--and of course all the carpeting is on the stairwell leading up to and including the 3rd floor. It required some creative engineering to manage the hose, but he tackled it like a pro.
Ricardo was very meticulous as he cleaned my furniture and my carpets. The cleaning products did not leave my furniture or carpet with a crunchy kind of feel but was very soft.
Listen better. You did make it right, but listen to what I need. Felt I was just pushed through the first visit.
Non toxic no smell environmentally great

Our tech Darius did a really thorough job. He got out some stains I wasn’t sure would come out. It’s also great to not have the carpet be super wet when it’s finished.

I like how the technician explained the differences between your way of cleaning and others. I also liked how he explained the other services you offer but it was not a ‘hard’ upsell. He just told me about them and then let me decide.

Very timely! Clean. The technician didn’t wreak of cigarette smoke or sweat. He had covers on his shoes. He was thorough and very complete in explaining everything he was going to do. He offered extra services, but he wasn’t pushy. I appreciated his professionalism.
And our carpets look amazing and smell great to boot!
I have used Zerorez before and was completely satisfied then. Would use them anytime I need carpet or upholstery cleaned.
The job is always done well, techs arrive during the scheduled time and are very professional, scheduling is easy and efficient. Just good service all around.

Carpet cleaning service. The stain from traffic area looked clean aftetwards. The associate was very friendly and gave realistic expectations regarding various stains.

I was very clear when I spoke with them over the phone. My brother was not supposed to receive an invoice or let him know how much it cost. It was a gift and the first thing he did when he arrived was give him a bill.

The technician was on time and was polite as well as professional. I asked for a few quotes and he had no problem assisting me with all my questions and concerns. He did a GREAT job!!! I like how the technician would treat an area to show the customer how the end result would look before he continued with the job.
You are just now billing me for services done in Feb and Sept of 2017. We have already closed out those business years so it is messing up my bunch this year. The only thing I remember about the service is that you sent a very heavy set man who was on his phone the whole time.

Had zero rez out twice in less than two months. The second tech was able to get out stains that the first tech should have removed the first time.
