Great service

Based on your demonstrations, your before and after, advertising, our results did not meet expectations based on above. We initially were going to replace carpet but opted to use your service instead. We now have missed the sale price for recarpeting , therefore we could have gotten replacement for a lesser amount and/or used money spent with your service toward cost of replacing carpet.

It meant the world to me that the technician asked why I wanted a cleaning and then made specific recommendations to achieve my goal. I ended up accepting services I hadn’t intended and declined the one I thought I wanted based on his advice. I felt he really cared about what I was trying to do for my family!

The products and service we got from Zerorez were absolutely awesome. We're in the process of putting our home on the market and so many things are going on all at once. Zerorez was quick to answer the phone and let me have an appointment right away. The Service was performed on time (in fact he was early) by an extremely professional and helpful young man who got our carpets (which were so dirty) looking like new.

My carpet looked so good and smelled so clean and fresh. The technician was so courteous and professional. The only thing negative is that the price for cleaning tile is way to high.

We have used Zerorez before, a few years ago. All went well. The carpet was dry in 4 or 5 hrs.
This last cleaning, the carpet remained wet / damp, for almost 24 hrs., even with the AC on cool and the ceiling fans on high. I don't feel the technician spent enough time on the extraction process.

Once I had a chance to take a closer look at the carpet, I could still see some spots. They easily came up with a small shot of carpet cleaner and water, so I know it wasn't some sort of tough stain. I feel like I shouldn't have to do that when I paid $400 to have the carpet cleaned.

Actual service was great but my appt window was 4-6. By 6pm no one had called. I called and was told it would be closer to a 7pm arrival.

Not acceptable but contact/communication about delay would have been nice. Doing business at 8pm is not optimal or desirable but I hsd no Available days to reschedule
