What could we do to improve?

It isn’t about the service. The technician was great - he was personable and pleasant, didn’t try to pressure us into additional services, did a great job and was on his way. I’m just not someone who recommends others. Just not my personality. So it’s no reflection on either the company or the tech.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I spent over $500 to get pet stains out and the next day they are back.
Having to buy product from Home Depot to try to salvage my open house I'm having tomorrow

I really enjoyed Frankie our technician. He actually serviced our house a year ago and remembered us. He did a great job, was very thorough, and very knowledgeable about the products and etc. We love using Zerorez- we have used their services three times now.

This is the second time that Erin has cleaned my carpet. He is GREAT!!!! He got bad stains from my carpet. I will only use him from now on.

Chase was great. His service epitomized what every service related business should follow. No high pressure sale. Honest. Professional. Very nice. He covered his shoes. He did not ask to use restroom or for a drink even though I offered to him. That's professionalism. My carpet is clean. I will have Zerorez return.
