Great service, and friendly help...
The technician arrived on time and got immediately to work. He was very personable. We had vacuumed that day and were amazed at how much cat hair he had pulled from the carpet with the pretreatment. I wanted to go back and clean it up and he said no that this was normal and the next process would pick it all up. He then did 1/2 (100 sq ft was part of the package) of my big atrium's tile for free. He even said that if I felt they removed the sealant they would come back and do that for me at no charge. I had mentioned that last year we did the kitchen floor but I then needed to reseal it to get the shine back. I noticed he even applied corner guards so that his hoses did not damage any walls. My carpets look great!

The stain in the hallway is almost completely gone. The carpet feels great and the house. doesn't smell. The gentleman who did the service was fantastic according to my husband who is not easily impressed.

I liked that the product doesn't have a smell and that they were able to get rid of all the pet uren. the the service we got was excellent!!!!
We moved into a preowned home and was pretty sure the floors were never professionally cleaned. So I got my carpet specially cleaned due to a lot of pet uren and now I am very excited to say the carpets smell and look brand new. My tile in my kitchen was also cleaned and was surprised at how good it looks and the color of the tile is actually white!!!
The “magic water” makes my carpets look wonderful & spots do not return. The technicians were very conscientious & knowledgeable.
The men who worked my job should be considered company treasures for their abilities and the way they represented themselves with their fine work.

May I suggest usable gift cards for Ft. Worth customers. Dallas and Addison are not convenient locations!

Price was over $100 below Sear’s price I paid last time. Zerorez also cleaned my kitchen stone floor in addition to my carpets for that lower price. Sears did not even offer to clean the stone floors. They got the tracks out of my beige carpet which Sears could not do. Ricardo could not have been more professional and nice. Have been recommending to all my friends. My Mom lives in Birmingham, AL but we could not locate a franchise there unfortunately.
