I've been very pleased with results in the past. The technicians took time to do a good job and I could see clear results. This time the process was pretty quick and the results were not as good as before. The floors just don't feel and look as clean as they have in the past. This tech may have been in a hurry to get to another job, not sure but the results are definitely different.
My carpets and rugs are really clean. I can feel it when walking on them.
No soap residue! Always clean with no chemicals. Once a year cleaning and I’ve saved years of life on my carpets.

THEY DO A GOOD JOB AND THEY R ON TIME AND TAKE THEIR TIME DOING A GOOD JOB.
The individual that came out and worked on our carpet was very friendly. He talked me into paying $85.00 extra to keep the dogs from urinating on the carpet. Needless to say, guess what, it didn't work. So, I feel like we were out the extra money for nothing. Actually, we own a very dependable shampoo vacuum. I usually do the carpet myself, but I had been ill, and had heard your advertisement on KLTY numerous times. The young man did a good job, but I wasn't impressed by the extra $85.00 that we spent, at all. If you want to know the truth, my machine does a lot better job than, your machine. Like I said I'm satisfied with the cleaning job, but not the urinating special of $85.00. I'm definitely not satisfied with that at all. Thank you and have a blessed day. I would had gave a rating of 10 had the company been flexible and been willing to clean the carpet for 1 room in the other side of the duplex without charging over $100 for what would have been a 10-15 minute job and opportunity to make $25-30 more. In my opinion this is not a good business practice to be turning down business.
The service technician (Divan) was very courteous and professional. He seem to be customer focused and wanting to provide a good service. I would give a him a 10.

The texh was suppose to arrive between 4-6 pm and he did not arrive until 6:50 pm.
Very disappointing as i had gotten off work to be home “thinking” they would aarrive closer to 5 pm.

The Zerorez technician was on time, pleasant, and answered all my questions, as this was my first Zerorez experience. I am happy with the results!
We had the best technician we’ve ever had. He walked me through the steps, conscious of keeping my house clean and guarded. The carpets are very clean, and dried in a short period of time.
The carpets and tile turned out great! The technician was quick and efficient and everything looked so much better!
He arrived promptly on time. Walked through and explained everything to me, and took care of the carpet in our motorhome and our home. They look great!
No chemicals
Devon was great! I liked how he wore the shoe covers the entire time, and wanted to make sure I was pleased with each room before he moved onto the next.
I'm not that happy with the ceramic cleaning. We have a dark color tile. The first go round the tech left prints all over the floor. The 2nd tech went over the floor and after it dried I can see the direction that he mopped over. Not very professional looking.
My scheduled time was from 10:00-12:00 I received a call at 10:08 letting me know the technician was on his way, at 10:26I received another call that he would be here in about 30min.
At 11:25 I placed a called and was advised that the technician would arrive in about 5 min.
At about 11:45 I received a call stating the tech. was still on his last job and it would be approx. 12:30.
At this point I spoke with a supervisor who did resole the issue but the tech. showed up at 1:20 it was not that much of a problem that he was late it was all the incorrect information I was given along the way.
