The person I initially spoke to did not tell me that there was a $10 environmental fee tacked on.
I was told the carpet would be dry in 4-6 hours. It took 24 hours for our carpet to get dry.
I thought it was only hot water used, but when the technician began working, "something" smelled really strong and stung my eyes and nose.

The technician was prompt, explained the potions well, protected my walls and stair rsilings, did a great job cleaning and was courteous! Would definitely call again.

I like the fact that harsh, soapy product was not used to clean our carpet. It dried beautifully! The house smells and feels refreshed and the carpet is so soft and plush! The technician Jaylon was informative and knowledgeable about the product. He explained the procedure thouroghly before beginning the work! I am very pleased with the product, workmanship and professionalism of your company!
I appreciated Eric's patient explaining of what he needed to do. I also appreciated the fact he did not pressure me into a dcision. I really want him as the Technician next time.
Joe, the technician, was great! The corporate office has issues. I told them originally anytime after 11:30 and they called back and said it would be between 10 and 12. I reiterated that I couldn’t be there until after 11:30 and they said they saw that in the notes and that would still work. Technician showed up at 11 and said the notes said to come close to 11. Also, I mentioned I needed stretching done. They sent a technician who doesn’t do stretching...I would recommend the technician but not corporate.
Due to alot of allergies, I've faithfully used ZeroRez (since 2003) to clean my light beige carpets throughout my 3100 sq ft home. The technician was very helpful...quick & explained everything very well.
Carpet cleaning was fine except a large coffee stain remains on my stairs, I was expecting it to come out better than it did.
Can you have an experienced cleaner some out to try and remove it?

The fact that they work and the average homeowner can afford to use your services. The employee that came to our home was courteous, on time, knew the products you use and was able to get the work done to our complete satisfaction. Would highly recommend to all.
