We love that there is no residue left on the carpet, and it feels so soft and clean under our feet. We also liked how CLEAN our carpet got after your services. Dave, technician, was super nice and very thorough.

The drying time was more like 5 days, not 4 hours. The odor, which we were told was from dampness, did dissipate in about a week. However, the odor returned the following rainy week. We are replacing the carpet and pad.
Not sure it was a result of anything Zerorez did or did not do.
Using very hot water instead of chemicals is a plus for me. Technician was professional and helpful. Pricing seemed fair.

The last 2 guys here were very clean, professional and easy to work with. One spot I was
concerned about because I had not been able to get it out, faded with their cleaning, but was
not gone; however, they left me a spot cleaner which I have use on it twice and I think we got it.
