The young man, Daryl Boston was so nice and professional! He did an amazing job and was always reminding me as a senior citizen to be careful so I didn’t slip or fall.
The young man that was doing my service was kind, well dressed and made a good impression. He asked several times if I needed him to do anything else while he was here.
He also asked if I was satisfied. Good customer service! Explained the cleaning of the tile was he was doing the 100 sq. ft. of complimentary service. That was great. I will be using you again for some more of the tile cleaning. Thank You

Looked great when tech left. Next morning it didn’t look that great. Was disappointed. The tech was professional. This is the second time i have tried your company and both times was disappointed with the next day results.
The technician did a great job on the carpets and grout and was very polite.

Friendly staff
Carpet cleaning was really great, a little pricey but it’s OK. The reason I didn’t give 10 is Tile cleaning was not good.

The tech who cleaned the carpet was professional and courteous doing things beyond the call of duty. For example, since I'm in a wheelchair not able to get around as I once could, he took pictures upstairs as portions of the job were completed. Hopefully we can get him back the next time.
