Your sales agent was not familiar with the process .. she asked me to ask the technician. The tech, while great to talk to, wasn't able to explain the estimate clearly the first time. Also, the floor would have been nicer if it had multiple of coats of stain and poly.
Quality of the final floor was acceptable at best. This would have been fine for minor floor wear, but may not recommend this when the wood floors have a lot of wear.
All spots were removed. Technician was very professional, courteous, and friendly.

It gets the old dirt out & makes the carpet look new. I have white carpet & I have a shampooer but I can't get it on the stairs to clean....This is the best

Angelo, the technician who came to our home was efficient, explained exactly what he was doing and was very polite and knowledgeble. Even though all the stains didn't come up, he explained why and was reasonable.
There were a couple of spots that did not come out and it seemed the carpet was pretty wet...also the tile job was very wet and dangerous....3 hours later, I had to take a towel and dry the floor so no-one slipped and fell....
One last thing...I was NOT called prior to arrival as I was promised.
