I like that Zerorez uses Green and Chemical free products. It makes me feel at ease when my animals and kids are playing on my floors. The quality of Zerorez products exceed other traditional cleaning companies. I love that they offer other services too. And their prices and promotions can't be beat.

They were able to get spots out of my carpet that I had tried many times to remove. I will use them again. They did exactly as they said. They called 30 minutes before arrival and were here 30 minutes later.

The van's exhaust burned my poor plant. Not a biggie but maybe tell the techs to park further away from plants. He did a great job and all the pet stains were gone but every time I have you guys come it doesn't smell great. It smells muggy. The humidity kicks up a notch and it's always wet for a long time. Come to think of it, it's always crunchy afterwards. No I remember why I stopped using you in the first place.
SO I am happy those pee stains are gone. The tech was super nice and worked hard. I am not "unhappy" with the service. I think that just might be how carpets are done.

The teck was a little late but he made it up by being very efficient. He was very organized and cleaned well.

Amazing service, answered all my questions, very professional and many helpful tips!! The carpet turned out way better than I could've imagined, smelled fresh and looks brand new. The kitchen slate tile, well that room blew me away!! I thought that I was cleaning it properly all these years but they got it sparkling clean like brand new, sealed it and all with no harsh chemical smell. Everything smells fresh and clean. I've already recommended several of my friends/family and will be a return customer. I would recommend Zerores over any other company out there because they truly get down deep and clean it right!! The technician and his trainee did a fantastic, thorough job with a professional, kind attitude. Thanks guys great work!!

This is the second time I use your services and my carpets stay clean for a longer period of time. Gabriel was polite and efficient. He explained very clearly and carefully the cleaning of dog urine and why I should do the treatment which I did. The carpets look very nice and the cleanest they have ever been since using your services!

Our technician was fast, courteous and professional. I was just sure that certain stains would show up the next day after drying and guess what? They didnāt! I am very happy with the results! I am waiting for a grout and tile āspecialā to get the rest of my tile done!
Charles was friendly and professional. He did a great job. I'm not 100% happy becasue the price of deep cleaning to remove pet odor was more than I could pay. Deep cleaning is WAY to expensive.
Great service
My carpet is clean, but it looks like it has stripes everywhere. I've never had this problem with other carpet cleaners before. It was cleaned a second time to resolve the problem, but it must be in the process you use because even though both our technicians seemed more than knowledgeable, efficient & capable, the damage is still there.
I like that the Zerorez cleaning regimen does not involve the use of soap where soapy residue can be left in your carpet. Instead, they pretreat your carpet with an environmentally friendly stain remover /degreaser. Then they message it over the carpet with a speacial buffer machine which lifts up the carpet fibers and looses the dirt. The dirt is then removed by a high pressure water application and extraction process. Also, what''s neat about their "buffer" machine is that it loosens up the hidden pet hair in the carpet left behind after vaccuming. Wow!!
