This was the worst experience with zerorez. I have used this company many times for the same issue. I have always had good experiences and they were able to get out the stains as well as clean the carpets beautifully. The tech was rude, lazy, did not follow standard procedures & refused to put in any effort to get out the stains before telling me it was impossible & there was nothing to be done. When I informed him that the same stains had been treated successfully in prior visits, he argued. I had to call the company and have his supervisor come out. He did so & just as expected, all of the stains were easily removed. The service call ended up being over three hours due to this. It was very disappointing and I may stop using zerorez after being a loyal customer for three years. This tech should truly lose his job after the service I experienced. His name was Edwin.

I am not 100% pleased with the way my room smells after the treatment. My room smells more like a wet dog after the treatment than before. I did ask for the dog treatment spray and was charged the additional $60 for this in hopes to eliminate this as this was the reason for the cleaning. Is this a normal occurrence, or did something go wrong.

I have used your services before at my previous residence using the same methods and had excellent results. Therefore, this service was not up to my expectations.

I presented a huge problem for the two young men who came to clean an area of my dining room carpet where my 12 year old dog had relieved herself several times while I was gone for a week. She has health issues and couldn’t wake the person who was staying with her so she used the same area over and over! I tried several carpet cleaning products, with no luck. Zerorez was able to remove the horrible stains, bacteria and odor and my 24 year old Berber carpet is like new again. Thank you Zerorez!!
