scheduling was way too hard. I was told I would be scheduled Monday and they'd call 24 hours prior to give me a two hour window. No one called. I called them on Monday and was told I was already scheduled for 2-4 (that would have been good to know prior to Monday). So I said ok. Then I get a phone call at 12:30 saying he's on his way. I said but I'm scheduled 2-4 and she says oh no you're scheduled 11-1. Seriously people? So I had to rush home from work to meet the guy at my house.
Then once he got started, he said that the closet in my guest room would be an extra $15 - I was not told this when I scheduled. I said well ok. Then he gets to the small landing at the top of my stairs and says this will cost extra - I said no way - that I had definitely mentioned a landing when I scheduled and no one said it cost extra. At this point I was not a happy camper.
The good news is that the guy did a great job on all areas - HE was amazing. The company was NOT amazing.
Jonathan was very friendly and knowledgeable. And he did a great job.
I really like to have Zerorez clean homes for me whenever I can because of how reliable they are and how courteous they are to my clients!
Service man had wonderful customer service!
We have always been so satisfied with how well our carpets and tile were cleaned. This time they actually looked dirtier overall. They feel hard now like there is too much soap in them and the overall color is darker. It stayed wet for hours. Very disappointed this time.
My master bedroom carpet is noticibly softer when walking on bare feet! And it is clean! Zerorez will be my new standard in carpet care.

I was happy that you sent someone back out to try and remove the stains that came back and a new stain that appeared from cleaning the tile.

Very Professional and responsive
Tech has come out twice. Cushions are now done well but rug has some new spots which only showed up when dry this morning. I saw Tech working and he was in the areas where the new spots are, so I do not understand. He took pictures when he was done, and it looked ok but the whole area was still damp so dark spots did not show. I would like to send you pics of spots I took this morning. It almost looks like the dirty water got put back into rug in spots. Either your machine is faulty or the tech is. He really tried.
Please advise me how to send pics. At this point the only way to make things right is a refund.

My carpets do not look or feel clean after 2 days... I've never used a service where that has been the case and I will not use your service again. I've had a better clean using a grocery store rent a cleaner. The tech was friendly enough after he finally arrived on the scheduled day-- which is another thing I called Tuesday to set an appt was told that you only make schedules 2 days and would call me back on Wednesday which you did. I set the appt from 4-6, to get a call saying 6:30, to get another call asking to reschedule a different day- not acceptable as I have a schedule as well. So the tech gets here around 7:00 and he gets done, never asks if it is acceptable.. I ask him to go back over a 1 foot area, he explains that he already put his cleaner away and that area he went over several times... The carpet in that area is stiff- another place my grocery store cleaner does a better job. As far as what you can do to make it right... Train your people in service standards and a partial refund since I have to get someone else to come out and do the job right.
I feel that the quality of your staff and products are above what your competitors have to offer.

The young man who came for our service was great! He was careful, quick, and did not try to oversell. We expected the process to be more painful and nerve wracking but he made it painless. We give him high marks.
