I liked that I could book online. Also everyone that has ever cleaned our carpets from Zerorez has been very polite and knowledgeable.
Quality, efficiency
The young man that came into our home was very attentive to details, he explained the entire process and took extra time to work out a couple of severe carpet stains, but still completed four rooms and tile in an hour.. We would highly recommend Zerorez and will definitely use them in the future. I can't find his name, but very smart and very attentive to details. I was very impressed by his knowledge and demeanor.

Zero Rez was on time. Worker was courteous and efficient. I love short drying time and the carpets look wonderful. I also appreciate the designer who came up with the clear tank so I can see the "dirt" coming out of carpets. Thank you. The only thing for the engineering dept would be to design a tool that would provide that powerful steam UNDER the beds. Beds do not move easily and I do not hold any worker responsible for not doing the chore. The worker here did what he could and he was delightful. ah

The cleaning was rushed and my carpets were visibly dirty when the tech left. I got my own bissel cleaner out and redid several strips of carpet and came up with a canister full of dark dirty water. I was very disappointed.

I am very disappointed in your service, NOT your technician, the carpets look great. However, the tile cleaning is terrible, the grout lines look like they have not dried after 24 hours. I have a steam (Shark) cleaner that does a wonderful job with no grout line discoloration. I am in hopes I can (fix) your tile cleaning with my Shark steamer, if not I will need to hire a professional tile cleaner. Again, I am NOT pleased with you tile cleaning service! I only wish I had not taken the “free” tile cleaning “service.”
