Cannot quote one price and show up and change amount due to four times more! Long delay in work getting underway as the office dealt with this matter.

I was really impressed with Zerorez. I called them and they came out the next day!! They got all the stains out of my carpet and cleaned the kitchen tile that I didn't even know it was that dirty!

This is thw original carpet. The only company that cleaned it is zerez. And the carpet looks sharp

Ensure the arrival time is better coordinated. I was called the day before by someone indicating service personnel would be on-site between 1:00pm and 3:00pm, with a 30 minute advance call. I received a call the next morning at 8:30 saying the service person would be on-site at 9:12am.

The carpet cleaning itself appears to have been successful.

Technicians forgot to mark our stains. After the first pass through the room he said he would just go over the general area of the stains one more time. After that he said thought they were gone because he couldn’t see them. As soon as the carpet dried the minor stains were actually worse. A complete waste of money. I definitely would not recommend to anyone. I will probably recommend against using the service if asked.

I love how clean my carpets are with no chemicals. Jonathan Sexton our tech was awesome. You could tell he really enjoyed his job. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything to me and was never bothered by any of my questions. I have already referred my friend and I told her to ask for him.

I love that the Zerorez method uses no chemicals and leaves no residue! They are reliable, their prices are competitive and the technicians are very professional. For these reasons, I no longer consider any other carpet cleaning service.
