Very clean carpet
Our technician was super friendly and efficient!
When I made my appointment I was told it would be between 8 and 5. Of course I was hoping for an earlier time frame. I received a call on Friday just to confirm my appointment.
On Saturday, I called Zeroez around 10:00 just to check in. I was told they had me down between 4:00 and 6:00 that evening. It would have been nice to know that ahead of time.
My biggest issues is the smell from one of my bedrooms is not gone.
I had three bedrooms cleaned and two had smells. One bedroom is 95% better. However, it’s like we didn’t even have the others cleaned. It’s a lot of money for it not to work like it says on the website.

Johnathan must have been exhausted by the time he arrived at my house but he maintained an upbeat demeanor and did a thorough job. Props to him!

The technician, Darrell Boston, arrived 2 hours past the window of 10-12. I called twice and kept being told it would be soon. I was furious. But Mr. Boston saved the day. He was super professional, and knew I had a time crunch. He worked efficiently and diligently and finished about 20 minutes after i needed but that was OK because of the way he handled everything. I was given a reduction on the price so that made it better.
But the key was Darrell Boston! He should get a huge raise. He saved zerorez!
Whatever method you use really works on my carpeting. Your service tech, Boston, was excellent in his job.
Customer service-the technician went above and beyond. He was very professional and very knowledgeable of his job.
Fast service, professional technicians and great results
Not the best service. I understand some stains don’t come out of rugs but the carpet looked dirty even after the cleaning. I think the cleaning person could have put a little more effort in the areas with the stains and not rushed through. He did three rooms in about 30-45 minutes. I felt like he just rushed through to get out of there.
The service was great. I just bought the house and the carpet was so so. Zerorez cleaned the carpets and they look great. The technician was friendly and professional. Explained what he was doing. I would recommend them to family and friends.

I was not satisfied with my initial service. Not only did I receive a follow up call. Zerorez made sure my issues were addressed. I was pleasantly surprise they even responded to my frustration. I am more than satisfied with the resolution. It’s important to do business with companies who care about the customer’s experience and bend over backwards to satisfy. I will definitely use ZeroRez in the future and refer them without hesitation.

Anthony was so professional and explained everything in detail that he was doing and what he did. He was so courteous. It was relatively quick too. He was able to get out some pretty large and small stains that had been there awhile! We have 3 little kids so you can imagine what all is on our carpet :(

The times I have used Zerorez I have been very pleased. I like it because you do not use chemicals for cleaning. The techs that have been here have always been courteous and helpful. The last tech seemed to really care about hat he was doing and wanted to make sure I was satisfied with the job.. I was.
The men did the carpet one time and asked how it looked. It was still filthy so I had them do it again. It is still filthy. I cancelled the check I paid with. It is that bad.
