I used to work for zerorez and the product is hands down the best out there. The technician that came was awesome, educated me even though i already jnew what the product does. Very polite and patient. Give that man a good ole fashion pat on the back and a promotion!!
Great customer service and the carpets actually get clean! Stains DON’T come back a week later!
We have been with you forever. Our service man was kind and explained things well. However we still have dark stains on my living room carpet. The last two or three times we have had you out the same thing happened and you had to send someone else back out to clean it again.

The carpet looked fine when the technician left. As the carpet dried it was apparent that stains were not removed... in fact at least one was worse than before. Rather than taking the time to fully remove the stain he spread it and left it.. very disappointed in the end results. I have used rental equipment with better results.

I used Zeroez for number of years and like there is no soap residue and carpets dry in reasonable amount of time, Tile always looks like new.

This time I liked that I could make an appointment online and schedule it for the day of the week I wanted it done (which was the following week from when I scheduled it). In the past, I have not been able to get a date as early as I needed one.
MIchael did a great job and was nice and helpful. The only thing I noticed after he left was that he did not move the ottomon in the back room and clean under it. Since our ottomon is on wheels, I didn't think I would need to ask him to clean under it. Everything else was done to our satisfaction.

They were supposed to do the tile in my kitchen. I was not home but I had my mother here and she was not aware that they were supposed to do the tile.
Well I was promised that the tiles would be cleaned and included in the price but they didn’t clean or offer to clean the tiles. Bait and switch..
Kadeem was careful with the baseboards and very thorough with cleaning.
I especially like the new 2nd step that utilized a brush machine that loosened the dirt before using the strong vacuum (final step)
