What do you like about our products and services?

My carpets always come completely clean and without residue. I also feel like they stay as long as it takes to do the job right and don't try to gig me for every little oddity.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Most of the carpet looked better with the exception of an area under a desk chair that seemed to have been heavily treated and not rinsed which caused it to be gummy looking. I took paper towels and re-rinsed it and kept a fan on into the next day.

Also I had 2 recliners that had a soiled appearance in the head rest upper area. I asked Jaylyn to spot treat that area which I now know I should have suggested a test in a less conspicuous place because when it dried the color was totally bleached out. These were old chairs but I regret that now the one looks much worse than the originally soiled area. I only bring this up so that your technicians could be trained better to spot check in a hidden spot. Had I decided to have both chairs cleaned I would have been extremely upset. I have a photo that I can send to you if you would like to see it.

Jamal was incredible. A very professional individual who prioritized doing the job right the first time over anything else, leaving our home around 10PM. Incredible he is new to the trade, acted as if he had been doing this for years. Great job!

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I have used this company several times. Results are always good.......their timing is always terrible. Our time frame this last time was 10am-12pm. They showed up at 2:20. This was a rescheduled appointment from the previous week where we had a time slot of 4pm-6pm- I received a call at 5:30 that they were running late. Cancelled and rescheduled and still they were 2hrs 20min after the time frame.
I actually used them at our old house and was give a time frame of 4pm-6pm- they showed up at 9:00pm and worked until 11:00pm. Totally unacceptable.
Again, the work is good but they never stick to their time frames. Feel like my time is irrelevant and put everything on hold waiting for them.

Kadeem was wonderful! He was so nice and courteous and knew exactly what he was doing. His attention to detail was superb! The carpet looks great and dried in no time. He made sure that I was completely satisfied before he left. Five star service!

Had my mothers carpet stretched and cleaned. They were on time, professional and the final bill was the same as the estimate. I will use the again.

I liked that there is no smell or residue left on the carpet. The serviceman was prompt and courteous. The only reason for the 1 point off was because a stain appeared to be gone while carpet was wet but once dry, it reappeared.

After the first cleaning I was satisfied with all but one room, which was still bad. I called and the same technician, Robert, came back and re-cleaned to my satisfaction.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Look at our invoice. We were to get three rooms for $99. We added a closet and three rugs. Please look again at what we were charged. Your service person was nice, but there about an hour and a half. Tell me if this was fair or just a come-on to charge over 10 times more than advertised for considerably less additional work.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I was told that my tile in my kitchen could not be cleaned, so the tech cleaned the bathrooms instead (although the kitchen was really the area that needed to be cleaned). When I did the final walk through, I noticed a very visible stain in one carpet and stains on the bathroom tiles. The tech was able to get the stains out for the most part, but if I hadn't pointed them out, I don't think he would have worked on them.

What do you like about our products and services?

Safety for my children and pet, no heavy chemical or fake fragrance smell left behind. The difference in the appearance and cleanliness of my carpet is night and day. Definitely will be using zerorez for all my future cleaning needs, they have earned a customer for life.

The products and services seemed great, but what really left an impression on me was the technician, Jaylon. He was professional, polite, personable and seemed very knowledgeable about what he was doing and why he was doing it. Impressive!!

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I was told a price over the phone and when the workers came one man said that they should not have given me a price on the phone and that he could not do the job for that price and if I wanted it done then it would cost me twice as much. I had several rooms of tile floors to clean and when they did my kitchen they left a white sticky residue on the floor, which I had to mop with clean water to get off. My entryway was very dirty and I asked the worker if he could go over it twice and he said it was clean and it looked that away because it was wet. Only one worker did the work, which he appeared to be a new employee. My floors after drying did not come clean and felt sticky, so I had to mop each one of them to remove the sticky residue. The grout in the tiles I am aware that in places are a different colors, but the grime and dirt remained. I explained to both workers that it really needed a good cleaning. After the workers were through they left my front porch dirty. The hoses had drained nasty dirty water right in front of my front door. I have had cleaners before and never experienced anything like this. I was very disappointed in the job performed. I didn’t call to complain, because I knew that it would be a hassle and I didn’t want to go through that as well. All of my tiles had to be mopped in order to get the sticky white residue off and my front porch had to be scrubbed to get the dirty residue that the hoses left behind. I paid twice as much for a poor job. I wanted to try your services, because the radio made it sound so good. I am a very disappointed customer and I would not recommend you to anyone because of the poor job you did for me.
