I cannot believe how good my 27 year old carpet looks after your employee, Tyler, cleaned it. I have already told several of my friends about your service. I have used several carpet cleaning services over the years and have never seen anything close to the end result I have this time. I will always use Zerorez from now on.

I have used Zerorez exclusively for over 10 years. I have never been disappointed in their service nor the way my carpets look and feel. Zerorez is a bit more expensive than many other companies, but for me it is worth the price to have the results I want.

The serviceman was excellent. He did a good job and quickly and was very nice. The scheduling process is a nightmare. Clients should be able to call in and request a day and approximate time. It took three weeks for me to find a time that worked. I was told each time I spoke with someone that I couldn’t pick the time of day but that I would receive a phone call 48 hours in advance of my appointment, with a two hour window on the day of my appointment. Really?!? Even cable companies have better service than that! A carpet cleaning client should be able to call in and say, “I’d like an appointment on Tuesday between 12-2.” Maybe zerorez has grown too large, too quickly, and needs to work on their customer service policies.

Didn’t appreciate that my bill doubled from the original estimate. I received two messaages from your dispatch people asking for a call back to confirm the appointment. Neither time did the representative ask some simple questions that would’ve let me know standard rates wouldn’t apply.
