I like that the technician listened to my concerns and addressed them all. He was incredibly nice, prompt and thorough.
I called in and made an appointment for a morning clean, 8AM-12PM. I got a call back on Friday to confirm my appointment. The scheduler said they would be there about between 4-6PM. I said NO, I scheduled my appointment in the morning and we would not be there Saturday from 4-6PM. She said let me call you right back and hung up. She called back a couple of minutes later and said they could be there between 11AM-1PM. I said that is fine. OK, confirmed. Your guy never called to say he was running late. He finally showed up at almost 400PM. That is unacceptable....:-((((
The technician was very polite and professional. He said that all the construction dust would come out, but it didn't even come close. I had to go over to the homeowners house tonight and scrub the floor with a scrub brush to pick up the dust that was left behind. I told him that the paint spots were ok to leave untreated because the painters were coming to take care of those spots. But the construction dust should have come up. When we walked through after the job was complete, it looked like it was all gone, but today, once the floors were dried you could see the dust again. I personally cleaned the living room floors tonight but would appreciate somebody contacting me about the dining room, breakfast area, and hallway.

I love that the cleaning doesn't make the house "smell" badly. I have 3 cats and have lots of little pee spots. Other cleaners made the house smell bad for days. I also love the way the carpets feel when they are dry. My carpets are 25 years old. ZeroRez keeps it looking good. Thank you very much.

The phone representative was helpful setting up appointment and the tech was nice. Maybe he lacks experience, I am not sure. It took over 50 hours to dry, almost three days, and he did not do behind doors, it is a mess and needs to be cleaned again.

Area in the bedroom was not cleaned. Technician came back & cleaned. I realize the carpet was dirty but I feel tat the technician could have gotten out more spots than he did. Also, kitchen tile was cleaned and when I went in kitchen after technician left there were large puddles of water that I had to clean up.
I have always had excellent service from Zerorez. Very disappointed this time.
