It don't leave a lot of soap build up in carpet.
Dryed quickly and has stayed clean. Told me how to maintain with vinegar and water. We now take off shoes which should help

The guy that picked up my 3 areas rugs told me he would try to get 2 weeks delivery. It took almost 3 weeks. The rugs looked OK but the ends curled up on one of the rugs and we had to tape them for a week. Also was not impressed with your customer service regarding delivery.
There is nothing that you can do now to make things right.

Your agent arrived on time was helpful and courteous
I know scheduling is a challenge but when I schedule an appointment, there are a lot of factors for me to consider so to get a call 2 days out with a time frame that DOES NOT work for me really messes up my schedule. It would be nice to be able to secure a time frame when I make my initial appointment.
Technician did a great job, wanted to make sure we were satisfied. Very pleasant, polite young man. This guy worked really hard to make sure everything was clean & fresh.

Every conversation was an up sell pitch. I understand why this is but not every time I was shown a stain or asked for my approval.

Better time frame for scheduling
I have utilized your services several times and each time, the end result is amazing! All of the technician's have been very professional and efficient. I have recommended Zerorez to my friends and family. From what I have heard, they have had a very positive experience as well!
The tech did a great job cleaning the carpet and tile. He explained the process and issues.
There was a significant delay getting to us for our 5-7pm appt. I think he didn't arrive until after 8pm. I was called in advance to let me know he was running late.

The service was stellar! The carpet looks great and Jemal was awesome. He thoroughly explain each and every step during the cleaning process and asked me if I had in questions. He was very professional and represented the company well. I will definitely be calling Zerorez again and recommending the company to my friends.
Our upstairs carpeted area hallway was a mess with our pets. I didn't think it could be cleaned. Zerorez left it looking like new.
Friendly and knowledgeable techs
was very disappointed(this was my third time using this service)and don,t understand what happened? after first clean carpet had spots still in it. cleaned second time is fairly accepted. we mostly had traffic areas as we are senior citizens and have no pets or young grandkids

Carpet cleaning: Boston arrived on time and did a very thorough job. He was professional and pleasant, and worked quickly: four rooms within 1.5 hours. Carpets were much improved in appearance afterwards. Price was competitive. Scheduling was a little less than perfect, as a request for a morning slot four days in advance could not be confirmed for two days. But all in all, I was very satisfied and will use Zerorez again.
