I like Zerorez for several reasons. The main reason is the carpet looks and feels so clean. That’s important because my youngest grandson crawls on it a lot. Another reason that I like Zerorez is the ease of making an appointment. I also like their promotions. Finally, the technicians have always arrived on time, are polite, work hard, and do a good job.

Was able to book appointment for carpet and tile cleaning. I liked that I was advised of date and time of service. Appreciated knowing arrival time. Employee was courteous and helpful in explaining service and I knew exactly what he would be doing. I am pleased with the outcome of the carpet and tile cleaning. There were three spots of hot chocolate dropped in a very visible walkway/ corner, two was removed, one wasn't even touched...I cleaned it up when I got home with a 'wet wipe'....it was placed there as a test.

Jamal did a great job of explaining and demonstrating the cleaning process and equipment. He checked several times to see if I was happy with the results as he was cleaning our carpet and tile.

Unlike the gentleman who last did our carpets (about 2 -21/2 years ago) the fellow who came to do our carpets did a terribe. hrry-up job. They only called about 30 minutes (late in the day) to tells us he was coming. When I called about a week ago, the lady on the phone tried to sell me other services and did not enounciate clearly to unterstad her - I told her that we did not want any baseball tickets only a clean carpet job like the last time. When the man showed up to do our carpet, he tried to sell me more services and seemed amgery when I refuse to buy what he was selling. Then did a terribe hurry-up job and got out as soon as he could. He seemed in a hurry to get out rather than doing a geed job. If that is the way your doing business now we won't be calling Zerorez ever again!!!! VERY DISSAPOINTED!!!
