After being highly dissatisfied with the first Capet cleaning a new technician was sent out to make it right
Your tech tried to rip me off. We had agreed to do a certain dollar amount for the work needed before he started. Then when he was done he tried to increase the dollar amount agreed to. I asked for his supervisors phone #, he refused to give it to me, I was just about to call the police when he sort of remembered that, yeah, maybe it was the lower amount. He tried to charge me over 300.00 for a living rm, hallway and part one one bedroom,, He charged me 60.00 for 1 gal. of treatment for 1 room.. there is NO WAY he used 1 gal of any thing. As far as I'm concerned,, Zerorez is a scam

The young man that cleaned the carpet was absolutely wonderful. He explained everything before he got started and the carpet looked brand new when he finished. He asked that I check everything and make sure it was to my satisfaction when he was finished. I would recommend Zerorez to everyone.

I called in and made an appointment for a morning clean, 8AM-12PM. I got a call back on Friday to confirm my appointment. The scheduler said they would be there about between 4-6PM. I said NO, I scheduled my appointment in the morning and we would not be there Saturday from 4-6PM. She said let me call you right back and hung up. She called back a couple of minutes later and said they could be there between 11AM-1PM. I said that is fine. OK, confirmed. Your guy never called to say he was running late. He finally showed up at almost 400PM. That is unacceptable....:-((((
Always have a good experience. Always one time and a calll before arriving. The guy that did my service on Monday was 10+ and very professional.
