Our service advisor, Torrance was kind and professional. He did a nice job and we appreciate him explaining the necessary services in regards to the spots we had on our carpet. No other zerorez advisor has done that with us in the past.

Carpets are not that cleaned, as well as offer of 100 feet of tile cleaning, is just way of taking customers. No change in Grout dirt. I feel like I wasted $117, with hardly 25% impact on carpet and tiles.

My technician was very knowledgeable about Zerorez. He called me and told me when he expected to arrive. His prep work was very precise, and he did an amazing job. He had me check to see if my needs were met. I will definitely ask for him again. Thanks to him. I love the way my floors look.

I was weary that Zerorez would be like other carpet cleaning companies I have used. We have dealt with a high traffic area in our living room and other carpet cleaners were not able to minimize the carpet discoloration in the traffic area. Zerorez asked if we were interested in doing the Zerorez challenge. I was up for anything to try and get this area clean. After doing the challenge this high traffic area was about 90% better. I will never use another carpet cleaning company again and have already recommended them to friends as well as shared the before and after pics I took.
