Pleasant service rep, no odor, quick execution. It took a long time for the carpet to dry (overnight), and that was a surprise; other wise all was good.

After I wrote to you about the 'unaceptable' job we got about a week ago, you promised to fix it if I would allow it. I said 'yes' as long as the same person was not the one who would try again. You said that it would not be so - that you would send a manager out. Well guess what - the same fellow showed up. Well I guess you are not a company that keeps promises. After I call and complained the (lady) manager said that she would send a manager out. He did show up be the same man was allowed to stay and re-clean our carpets. I guess that you are not an honest camaany that can ce trused to do as you say!!!! I do not deal with those kind of companies!! There are too many choices to have to deal with companies like your!!!!!!

The young man who did my cleaning, Boston, was so nice and so good to explain everything. My carpets look very very good.
No smell and decent price
Your service tech, and his helper were excellent with listening to my concerns, showing me the root of my concerns with his black light, and then proving to me that they got the stain/smell out. Plus, my tech was an Eagle's fab, which made my experience that much sweeter...considering we reside in the middle of cowboy country!

The tool the gentlemen used to clean our carpet was a standard carpet cleaning tool; not the one in the video. I didn't understand why that was. He claimed it was the newest and greatest tool available. I just let him do his thing because I was tired of dealing with him upselling me.

Very nice guy came to clean my staircase and living room. Polite. Living room looks great. Staircase Carpet looks brand new. BUT 24 hours later the stairs are still wet. I had to call for another visit.
