Fast and trusting
Unbelievably expensive. It didn’t work. I had to get another company to come in and to do the job y’all failed for less than half the price. Plus you all cancelled on me the first time. It’s been a long time since I felt so ripped off. You could give me my money back if you rally want to make it right.
Service was great and Torrance was very professional
Dez the technician was professional and very thorough. The quality of work was better than any other carpet cleaner I have used. The icing on the cake, was the order process, it was so easy and simple. Zerorez has earned a new customer!!!

Refused to clean my couch because it was slipcovered even though y’all have done it multiple times in the past. It was the day before a party so I was very disappointed that it did not get cleaned for the party. I’m normally a huge fan of y’all but will not be using your company in the future after this incident
The work Dominique Finley did was excellent! This was my 2nd visit from Zerorez and there will be more. Dominique's work dried within little time and transformed the carpet!!!! First visit from Zerorez remained wet in several sections for more than 24 hours. Thank you for finally sending this evaluation for me to complete

I was under the impression that it would be no residual dirt left. I have filled 2 vaccum containers of pet hair and dirt after the carpet dried. So ZEROREZ was not a good experience for me. Also I can still see dark foot tracks around.

I liked that the carpet was not too wet after it was cleaned. It dried quickly and most all spots came out.
My sister in law recommended Zerorez as she is a repeat customer. We had our carpets cleaned on 6/14/18 at 6pm. As of the morning of 6/16/18 the carpets were still damp and would make your feet wet if you stood in place for too long. I thought maybe vacuuming with my personal vacuum would help the carpet lay down some and maybe hide some of the stains that the cleaning seemed to accentuate. However the carpet was still much to wet to vacuum and it just looked worse.
Our experience from the beginning to the end was fantastic. It was so easy to call in and get an appointment. They were extremely helpful and kind. They informed me 30 minutes before they reached our home which was very nice. Darwin the technician was fantastic he came into the home and ask all the right questions of what we were needing to make sure that he did the job to our expectations. The wonderful thing is that he exceeded our expectations. Our carpet looks new and made the house smell and feel wonderful. The price was also fantastic. I will only use the Zerorez!
