My carpets never looked so good. There's no crunchy after effects.
Good job cleaning but previous cleanings were more thorough.
Our technicians were outstanding! Very courteous and helpful. They answered all our questions. Also, they were very careful to make sure all our furniture was protected. We have had our carpets cleaned before using other companies and with the Zerorez process our carpets have never looked better. We will continue using Zerorez.

The technician was great! He told me everything he would do before he began..to make sure it was done right. Very personable and friendly. He did a great job.
The tech did a good job, but when I signed his IPhone for my signature, he didn’t show me the charge. We verbally agreed what the charges were, but when I was finally e-mailed the receipt the next day, I was overcharged a lot!! It took 5 days & several phone calls to resolve this issue... very disappointing & a waste of my time. I will not do this again. When I asked for my receipt, he said it would be e-mailed to me. I felt tricked & your company didn’t care to be inbe in any hurry to resolve it. I felt at your mercy. Until I said that I would dispute the extra charges with my credit card company, you’re office procrastinated to make this right. I don’t like your policy of an e-mailed receipt AFTER the fact!!!
