Great service and quality work done! Made old carpet look new again!
I don't think you should market your pre-spay as chemical free. It even states on the bottle it is hazardous to humans and animals. The fragrance is also too much.
Your technician, however was exceptional. You're lucky to have Boston as an employee. Very professional, hard working, and personable.
Gabriel cleaned our carpet and did an excellent job!!! He was friendly and knowledgeable! He called ahead to say he was coming and showed up on time! He transformed one room in our house that had a strong pet odor which is now gone and the room smells great!!!!! Zerorez's phone number is in my contact list permanently!!!!!
ZeroRez always does a decent job on the carpets. This time was no exception. But, This last time I was disappointed with the scheduling. I booked online and selected a time for tech arrival from 4-6 pm. A day or two before the appointment date, I received a call from the representative from ZeroRez saying my appointment was scheduled from 5-7. She said that 4-6 was not available. My question is this. If the a time frame is not available why can I still select it online a day or two before??? Whatever I take what I can get at this point. My next gripe is that the tech arrived late. After 7 pm. The cleaning takes a solid hour or so, so he was there until nearly 9 pm. I'm sorry, but that's just too late. First make me take a time frame other than what was offered, then show up late! Bad business.
My service tech, Joe was Excellent. He was personable and explained all the pricing and options I could do based on what I started out wanting done. I usually don't do my rugs, but I did have one cleaned and it looks brand new now! He did a very thorough job of my bedroom carpets.
He was fast and efficient.
My two technicians were very caring and gave their attention to detail.

This is my second attempt at sending you my review.
I believe that the cleaning that I had on May 29th and May 31st has ruined my carpet. I can see the spray marks from the sprayer the cleaner was using all throughout the master bedroom, family room and the stairs. You were convinced it was the cleaners that I had previously used on the carpet mixing wrong with your cleaning solution. But you have previously cleaned my carpets in the same rooms and this issue did not occur. So I do not believe this was caused by any other cleaners we used on the carpets.
Please let me know what you can do to resolve this issue as the carpet is going to need replacing and I have given you payment on the 'cleaning'.

I like the fact that you don't use harsh chemicals and its safe for pets and kids. I also like your prompt and courteous service and the people you send to do the cleaning
When I called to schedule delivery of our rugs. I was told delivery does not work on Saturday. Although the rugs were picked up from us on a Saturday. Then when representative called On the day the rugs were supposed to be delivered, she asked if we were home on Friday, the day before when the rugs were dropped off. Needless to say my wife was panicked someone delivered the rugs to the wrong house. The scheduled time for delivery of said rugs was Saturday between 8-10am. We did not receive rugs until 1:30pm and I had to call three times. There was poor communication by your company. And keeping up accurate information needs improvement.

The technician was excellent. He was here about 2 1/2 hours and did a fantastic job. The products he used to clean pet stains and high traffic areas worked so well. My carpet looks brand new. I am so very happy
