I like it that you do a deep clean with pet treatment extras, anyone can shine the black light and tell you where the bad areas are, but your guys do a soak treatment to get out the smell and residue of these areas. Robert was very professional and courteous, answered all my questions and completed the job in good time.

I called Zerorez to have my air ducts cleaned in early May. We then purchased an air purifier through Zerorez . We were very happy with it for the first week but after my wife cleaned the filter out it started to make a noise and shut off. Erik Stoker the technician who came by the house was nice enough to stop by and rectify the problem. Several days later the same problem surfaced again and Eric again walked us through the solution. Shortly after that The unit started making a loud buzzing sound and it would simply shut itself off and Erik forwarded that information to a technician. The technician failed to call and failed to show up at a time that we had set up. I heard from no one for several days and it was only after I called Zerorez to say come and get the unit was I all of a sudden inundated with phone calls from service techs and front office employees trying to arrange a time to fix the issue. It was four weeks after we purchased the unit that we returned it. Unfortunately Zerorez, Erik Stoker is only one person. He cannot answer the phones, sell the jobs, fix the problems and maintain the service. As far as I’m concerned Erik Stoker is the only good employee that works for Zerorez and I will no longer do business with your company or recommend you to anyone. If I have A recommendation to make it would be for Erik Stoker to leave Zerorez and find a better employer

Darwin was awesome. Wood floors turned out great, and the carpet looks so much better than it did before he started. The system and service was good, although much more expensive than I had been quoted over the phone, and the tech was great.

Awesome job! I really loved how the carpets turned out. I really like the flash product that helped clean the hallway our dog often found a way to dirty. The spots are cleaned. Jarron did an excellent job. Very kind and courteous and explained e everything to me.
Quick scheduling, great and timely service.
Very thorough in their work. Asked if we had any areas which needed special attention, and we did. The technician was able to clean those areas where they looked exactly like the rest of the carpet.
Technician was on time and called ahead of time to make sure we would be home.

My tech was amazing, nothing bad to say about him. But if I get 3 rooms and 100sq ft of tile for 99.00, and my call over the phone was for 135.00 total. I was charged 145.00 and only had the 3 rooms cleaned cause I didn't have tile. No discount for not having the tile? Just feel that the price was higher than my phone call to confirm the appt, and I didn't have the tile. Again my tech did great just feel it was a bit much for just three small rooms.
